Nobody warned me about the "Mastermind" fight in Lego Marvel

Not that it was a hard fight, it wasn’t.

No one warned me it was going to be so HEARTBREAKING

Ok, basic plot is that you’re fighting a guy named “Mastermind” who can control people’s minds so he controls each of the characters one by one, convincing them that they’re fighting some other enemy of theirs while making them relive some traumatic part of their lives.

Wolverine’s is when he was being experimented on and his little ‘ghost’ enemies that he sees are little Sabertooths. No big surprise there.

Next comes Reed Richards, who relives the Skrull invasion and his enemies are, you guessed it, Skrulls. Also pretty standard.

But then we get to Hulk

First of all, his nightmare scene that he relives is the scene of Bruce’s “accident” when he first becomes the Hulk where we see a terrified little Lego Bruce transform into the Hulk and tear his lab apart.

(Sorry it gets a bit hard to see.)

and his ghost enemies are all little General Rosses

And if that weren’t heart breaking enough:

Hulk’s attack pattern is  charging at the other characters, then hitting against a wall and changing back to Bruce, where he’s susceptible to attack. But get this, instead of attacking the other characters like Wolverine and Reed…

Bruce just stands there looking terrified and shaking before breaking down into tears until you hit him and he Hulks out again,

WHY MUST YOU DO THIS TO MY FEELINGS, MARVEL? THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A KID’S GAME I SHOULD NOT BE CRYING.

GILLI-CHAN YOU DID NOT WARN ME OF THIIIIIS
