Allow me to explain JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.

Part 1 - Phantom Blood) A boy named Jonathan and step-brother named Dio get into an argument. One becomes a Vampire and the other becomes a martial artist holding the power of the Sun!

Part 2 - Battle Tendency) A Coca-Cola loving delinquent named Joseph in the backstreet of New York finds out his gramp’s best friend is Mexico and goes off to save him. Turns out he and his Italian best friend Caesar must save the world from the Aztec Gods of Fitness from achieving their ultimate form.

Part 3 - Stardust Crusaders) Remember Dio? Well DIO is back (DIO not Dio there’s a distinction) and turns out he has an army of people with punching ghosts called Stands. Jotaro, his grandfather Joseph, and his friends must travel to Egypt to stop him to undue a curse on Jotaro’s mom.

Part 4 - Diamond is Unbreakable) Remember Joseph? He had a affair and had a son named Josuke. Josuke discovers that his town is being infested with Stand Users. Also he discovers there is a looming serial killer in his town with a Stand. Said serial killer looks like David Bowie and has a hand fetish.

Part 5 - Vento Aureo) Giorno is the son of DIO (and technically Jonathan but let’s not get into that). He’s not evil, all he wants to do is join the Mafia! To reform it from selling drugs to kids! Also like what does it mean to erase time? No seriously how does one erase time?

Part 6 - Stone Ocean) Jolyne, daughter of Jotaro must retieve her father’s memories and Stand while inside a prison. All the while a Catholic priest plans to reset the universe to bring back his best bro DIO. Also do you believe in「Gravity」?

Part 7 - Steel Ball Run) Remember Parts 1-6? Well don’t. We’re in an Alternate Universe now. Johnny a paraplegic and Gryo an Italian executioner join a horse race across America. Said horse race is secretly funded by the President of the United States to find the corpse of Jesus Christ. Why you may ask? #ToMakeAmericaGreatAgain.

Part 8 - JoJolion) An amnesiac wakes up with absolutely no memories of who he is except that he has 2 tongues and 4 testicles. He and his best friend Yasuo team up to find out who he is and something about magic fruit.

They stop on the side of the road for lunch. Polnareff scarfs down his sandwich and immediately falls asleep sprawled across the backseat, snoring loudly. Kakyoin claims the passenger seat and pulls out his notebook, all but forgetting his food as he sketches the barren, rocky landscape around them. Avdol settles down in the driver’s seat with a worn paperback novel and a contented hum. With no more room left in the car, Joseph and Jotaro wander off to find somewhere to sit down and eat.

As Jotaro opens his can of juice, he notices the gleam in his grandfather’s eye.

“Hey Jotaro, did I ever tell you about the time I punched an Aztec god right into space?”

Jotaro grunts in reply, concentration focused on his lunch, and his grandfather takes it as permission to launch into the story. He’s pretty sure he’s noticed at least five major inconsistencies in the story before young Joseph has arrived in Italy, and he has to keep interrupting to ask what certain words mean, but between his high-school English and Joseph’s rudimentary Japanese, he actually finds himself drawn into the story.

Hello Miss Higashikata! My name is Jonathan Joestar...I-I am Joseph's grandfather! On behalf of my entire family, I apologize for any pain he may have caused you. And I would like to make it up to you in some way if I can....I also would like to learn more about my great grandson if it isn't overstepping my bounds to ask.-bdjonajoestar

Jotaro Kujo is very forgetful as he gets older (part 4), and at the worst times.

Exhibit a: He could’ve saved Josuke’s grandfather like he saved Joseph.

Exhibit b: Star finger could’ve easily taken out Kira.

I imagine him remembering these things a month later and looking up from his book and says “shit”. That’s all.

This is sorta both a HC and a theory I guess.

Hi! Good luck with the new blog! Can I request please SFW/NSFW headcanons or a scenario for part 4 Jotaro with a fem s/o he hasn't seen on years? Like maybe he had a crush on her when younger but lost contact with the time. But now they ran into each other at Morioh and oh boi.

Oh boi is the correct answer indeed my friend. Also thank you <3

Jotaro Kujo

Jotaro knew he spotted a familiar face when he saw a lady walking down the street, her back facing the male in oblivion. He hesitated at first, concerned it might’ve not been the person he had in mind. Though she was quickly leaving his line of sight. He took a step forward and walked up from behind her, nervously calling out the name he though was hers. “Y/N?”

This startled her, causing her to turn around and examined the face calling out her name.

“J-J-Jotaro! Oh my gosh, what are you doing here?” Y/N stuttered out in complete shock. “Good grief, I could ask you the same thing.” He said as he adjusted his hat.

“It’s been so long since we talked! If you’re free, do you want to go to a café and catch up?” Y/N immediately suggested. She couldn’t wait to listen to all the crazy adventures he had to say. Every time they would talk while in high school, Jotaro always had something interesting to say, even if it wasn’t much.

“Sure, I know a cafe we could head to.” He sighed as he was greatly relieved it was Y/N. He didn’t think he’d ever see her again, though what a strange coincidence that she was in Morioh at the same time he was.

On the walk there, they both exchanged questions. “Y/N, why are you here?” Was his first question to her. “Well, I came to help my grandma, she’s been sick so I had to help.” Though it came out of her as if she was talking about a chore.

“Well. Jotaro, why are you here?” She asked, very curious to hear his answer. “Good grief. How do I begin this? My Grandfather, Joseph 16 years ago cheated on his wife, and just recently we found out that he has a son from the affair.” He rubbed his temple as he explained. “And the old man goes on about how much he loves his wife, what horse crap.”

“Oh, gosh that sounds like a real mess of things. Who is he?” She’d ask with curiosity. “I doubt you know him, so there wouldn’t be a point in telling you.” Jotaro said. “Alrighty then….Hey, is that the café we’re going to?” Y/N pointed out as Jotaro pulled out a chair for himself. “Yeah.” He quickly responded sitting down.

Y/N sat across from him, wanting to sit face to face. It’s been far too long since she’s seen his face. “So how’ve you been?” She asked, “Everything going well for you?”

Jotaro slightly smiled at her concern, though Y/N wasn’t a stand user, he explained everything he knew about it to her in high school. He knew she was referring to how things were with him and his stand.

“Things are going well, I’ve been busy with marine biology lately. Though I had to pause that till we got the whole affair thing sorted out. But I know you’re implying on something about Star Platinum Y/N, you’re not slick. But he’s also doing well. What about you, Y/N?” Jotaro briefly explained. Though he hoped the last bit satisfied her curiosity towards Star Platinum.

As Y/N explained to Jotaro what was going on in her life, a waitress brought some coffee for them both.

Both talked about any small thing going on in their lives, but the conversation was quickly and rudely interrupted by someone else.

“Jotaro, what are you doing here with Y/N?” Josuke laughed as he rested his arm on Jotaro’s shoulder.

“J-Josuke, do you know Jotaro as well?” Y/N asked, while Jotaro was equally shocked. Josuke awkwardly chuckled, realized he probably ruined a moment or such between the two.

“Y/N, how do you know him?” Jotaro subconsciously asked surprised you even interacted with his ‘Uncle.’ “'He’s my grandma’s neighbor, though I talk with Tomoko, I see him once in a while.” She answered as she waved ‘hi’ at Josuke.

“Uh….. yeah, well, Jotaro you have fun with your date. Uh, I think I’ll leave.” Josuke patted Jotaro’s back. Giving a piece sign and walked off with his hands in his pockets.

Jotaro was flustered at Josuke’s choice of words, ‘date,’ a date with his once crush, whom he still has feelings towards. Strange to think he would be flustered over a silly word. He quickly brushed it off and looked over at Y/N

“Huh. That was an interesting…. moment.” She chuckled. “'I didn’t think you’d know Josuke, he’s a nice kid.”

Jotaro light-heartedly laughed . “Good grief, and here I was saying how you wouldn’t know him, always full of surprises Y/N.”

Y/N and him talked for a couple hours at the cafe till Jotaro had to leave, his reasoning was that his grandfather called. Though he would be happy to talk again and both exchanged phone numbers.

Whew this was a fun scenario, though I feel like I didn’t do it quite as you were hoping for @naughtyjoestars , terribly sorry if I completely missed what you were requesting for. Please send in another request if you feel this wasn’t to your liking.

Thank you for reading!

Murder of Catherine Cesnik

Sister Catherine “Cathy” Cesnik, S.S.N.D. was a nun who taught English and drama at the former all-girls Archbishop Keough High School in Baltimore, Maryland. On November 7, 1969, Cesnik disappeared. Her body was discovered on January 3, 1970, near a garbage dump in Lansdowne, Maryland. Her murder remains unsolved. Cesnik’s murder is the basis for the 2017 Netflix series The Keepers

Biography: Catherine Anne Cesnik was born on November 17, 1942, in the Pittsburgh City neighborhood of Lawrenceville, the eldest child of Joseph Cesnik and Anna Omulac Cesnik, who married in February 1942. Her paternal grandparents, John (Jan) and Johanna Tomec Cesnik, were Slovenians who emigrated from Yugoslavia to Pittsburgh, while her maternal grandfather, Joseph Omulac, came from Yugoslavia and her maternal grandmother, Martha Hudok, was born in Austria. She had three siblings. She attended St. Mary’s School on 57th Street and St. Augustine High School, both in her native neighborhood of Lawrenceville. She was valedictorian of her Catholic high school class in 1960, where she’d also been the May Queen and the president of the senior class and student council.

Cesnik’s father died in 1985 and her mother died in 2015. Neither ever learned who killed their daughter. Cathy’s parents were buried alongside their daughter and other family members in the St. Mary’s Parish Cemetery on 1019 Sharps Hill Road in the suburb of Sharpsburg, across the Allegheny River from their Pittsburgh Neighborhood of Lawrenceville.

Murder: At the time of her body, Cesnik was a 26-year-old nun teaching at a Catholic high school in Baltimore. On November 7, 1969, Cesnik left the apartment shared with Sister Helen Russell Phillips at the Carriage House Apartments at 131 North Bend Road in West Baltimore, en route to the Edmondson Village Shopping Center to purchase a gift at Hecht’s for her sister’s engagement. Records found Cesnik cashed a paycheck at First National Bank in nearby Catonsville that night, and possibly made a purchase at Muhly’s Bakery in Edmondson Village since a box of bakery buns was found in the front seat of the vehicle. Cesnik’s car was found illegally parked across from her apartment complex at 4:40 am the next morning by Russell’s friends, Rev. Peter McKeow and Rev. Gerard J. Koob, in muddy condition. Residents of Carriage House Apartments spotted Cesnik in her car at approximately 8:30 pm that night, and others spotted her car at the illegally parked location across the street around two hours later.

Police searched the area immediately following the murder but were unsuccessful in locating Cesnik or the killer. It wasn’t until January 3, 1970 when Cesnik’s body was found by a hunter and his son in an informal landfill located on the 2100 block of Monumental Avenue in a remote area of Lansdowne. An autopsy of the body by Deputy Medical Examiner Dr. Werner Spitz revealed that Cesnik died from an intracerebral hemorrhage following a fracture to her skull due to a blow to her left temple by a blunt instrument. The murder case remains open.

Background: During the time Cesnik was at Archbishop Keough High School, it is alleged that two of the priests, including Father Joseph Maskell, were sexually molesting, abusing, harassing and raping the girls at the school in addition to trafficking them to local police among others. It is widely believed that Cesnik was murdered because she was going to expose this scandal. Teresa Lancaster and Jean Wehner were students at Keough and were sexually abused by Maskell. They filed a lawsuit against the school in 1995, which was dismissed under the statute of limitations. Wehner said that Cesnik once came to her and said gently, “Are the priests hurting you?” Lancaster and Wehner have said that she is the only one who helped them and other girls abused by Maskell and they have said that she was murdered prior to discussing the matter with the Archdiocese of Baltimore. There is currently no physical evidence linking Maskell to the crime. It was revealed in late 2016 that the Archdiocese of Baltimore paid off numerous settlements since 2011 for Maskell’s victims.
Wehner alleges that, two months before Cesnik’s body was discovered, Maskell drove her to the burial site and showed her the partially covered body of Cesnik. Maskell apparently told Wehner, “You see what happens when you say bad things about people?"

In 2016, the Baltimore County Police Department (BCPD) reassigned the case due to retiring officers, prompting new interviews and further investigation into the alleged sexual abuse at Keough. After attaining permission from the State’s Attorney’s office, the BCPD exhumed Maskell’s body, but did not find a DNA match to evidence from the crime scene. Police spokeswoman Elise Armacost announced that this discovery does not exclude Maskell from being a suspect in the case.

Due to new awareness to the case brought upon by "The Keepers” the Baltimore Police Department created an online form to report sexual abuse that occurred at Keough.

In popular culture: Netflix produced a seven-part docuseries about the murder mystery called The Keepers, which debuted on May 19, 2017. The docuseries features interviews with women who were once Cesnik’s students as well as interviews with women who were once Cesnik’s students as well as interviews with some of those who were sexually abused by Maskell and others.

DIO’s Enemy List part 1

“Right… Let’s talk about the people who’ve opposed, rejected and insulted me and how they will receive no mercy or forgiveness once I am God.”

First off, the accursed band that seeks my life of Jotaro Kujo, his grandfather, Joseph,  Muhammad Avdol, a fortuneteller who unwisely turned down a job offer from DIO and my treacherous  ex-minions,  Noriaki Kakyoin and Jean Pierre Polnareff. Josuke Higashikata - Joseph’s son. I don’t really know him but he must die just to be on the safe side.

Yato- Little bastard goes out of his way to piss Me, DIO off. God or not, he will regent that through infinite suffering until he wants to die.

Yusuke Urameshi - Smart-ass punk thinks he can stand in DIO’s way. I’m going to kill all his friends and family for that, then suck him dry.

The Progenitor Vampires - They rejected my offers of friendship and better leadership and dared to mock me…. I will convince Wham to eat them someday.

This concludes part one of the list

Different depictions of the birth of Napoleon II, King of Rome, on March 20, 1811. The labor was difficult, with the child awkwardkly placed (hip first), so at one point the accocheur Dubois had to ask Napoleon to choose between the baby and the empress. Napoleon’s response was: Save the mother, it’s her right. Fortunately enough for both mother and child all ended well: the forceps were used and the baby was safely delivered.

Napoleon, who was too impressed by his wife’s suffering and had took refuge in the adjoning dressing room (he later said to Hortense I cannot feel entirely happy. The poor woman has suffered so much!), came in, casting only a cursory glance at the newborn child lying on the carpet (Castelot). He then gave all his attention to Marie-Louise, clasping her in his arms. Napoleon, like practically everyone in the room, believed the child dead. Only after seven minutes the baby uttered its first cry. Turning round, the Emperor exclaimed My son! and, taking the baby, gave it to Marie-Louise. The child received the names of Napoleon (after his father) François (in honor of his maternal grandfather) Joseph (after his uncle and godfather Joseph Bonaparte) and Charles (in remembrance of his paternal grandfather). Years later, when he was already a virtual prisoner in the Austrian Court, his first name was dropped (to his great annoyance) and his titles erased. The same was tried with his memories of his father, unsuccessfully. Napoleon II, born King of Rome and proclaimed Emperor of the French by the Senate, would be known as Franz, Duke of Reichstadt, the Archduchess’ son, as if he were a bastard. But that’s another story…

Hundred and one guns were fired to announce the birth of Napoleon’s son. “We’ve got a strapping boy!”, Napoleon joyously announced to his valet, Constant. “Kept us waiting too, the little devil!”.In Paris, the enthusiasm was indescribable. If one believes Marie-Louise’s family, the same happened in Austria. You should have seen the joy and gladness of the people of Vienna, wrote the Archduke Charles to his niece. And Countess Lazansky, her former governess, wrote to Marie-Louise: I can imagine the jubilation the event will have caused in Paris form the general delight which was felt here; the news spread rapidly throughout the city, and I can say with assurance that everyone, great or small, was delighted. Years later, when the Empire has fallen, there were talks of an unknown and prophetic lady of the Viennesse court who murmured: Bah! In a few years we shall probably be educating the little King of Rome here out of charity!

Toonami Weekly Recap 7/29/2017

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders EP#01 - A Man Possessed by an Evil Spirit: In 1983, off the coast of the Canary Islands, a coffin with the word “DIO” on the front is salvaged from the depths. The crew attempts to open it up, finding that it is locked from the inside. Later, their ship is found, mysteriously abandoned with no signs of a struggle.

Four years later in 1987, in Japan, a 17 year old boy named Jotaro Kujo has willingly turned himself into jail, refusing to leave as he believes he is possessed by an evil spirit. He proves this by mysteriously taking a police officer’s gun and firing a bullet at his own head, only for it to be stopped in midair by a spectral hand. Noticing the hand herself when others cannot, Jotaro’s mother, Holly, calls her father and Jotaro’s grandfather, Joseph Joestar, who travels to Japan alongside an acquaintance from Egypt, Mohammed Avdol. After Jotaro refuses his grandfather’s demands to leave the cell, Joseph leaves the task to Avdol, who summons an “evil spirit” of his own, an anthropomorphic bird engulfed in flames, which he refers to as Magician’s Red. As Magician’s Red uses force against Jotaro, whose own spirit tries to protect him, Joseph explains these “spirits” are actually manifestations of the user’s own life force, which have come to be known as “Stands”. Jotaro is eventually pushed into fighting back with his Stand, breaking apart the prison bars, at which point Avdol withdraws from the fight, having achieved his goal of getting Jotaro out of his cell. Later, Joseph reveals to Jotaro and Holly that the Speedwagon Foundation has been investigating the disappearance of a shipwreck salvage crew and the discovery of an empty coffin. It was in this coffin that a man of pure evil known as DIO has been in slumber, until he was brought back to the surface. Joseph then uses a Stand of his own, resembling purple brambles, to smash an expensive instant camera, from which a photograph appears. After explaining how people from the Joestar bloodline have star-shaped birthmarks on the back of their necks, Joseph reveals the photograph to be a picture of DIO possessing the same birthmark, showing that he had stolen the body of his grandfather, Jonathan Joestar, as his own. He goes on to state that DIO’s revival has caused the emergence of Stands in both himself and Jotaro, though Holly claims nothing has happened to her, whilst Avdol states he has had his Stand since birth. As the group decides to rest before tracking down DIO, Jotaro tries to take all this information in, as well as knowing Joseph and Avdol will be living with them for some time. Meanwhile, somewhere in the world, DIO senses that he is being watched by the Joestars and resolves to kill them.

To avoid having his face publicly revealed, Lupin tries to steal the film before its debut, but Rebecca manages to convince him to give it back by assuring that digital effects will be used to make Lupin himself a zombie, saving his privacy.

Tokyo Ghoul Root A EP#16 - Deeper Layers: While Amon and Akira visit Cochlea prison to learn more about Aogiri’s plan from Donato Porpora, the Aogiri commence their invasion of Cochlea and free a majority of the imprisoned ghouls. The two one-eyed ghouls, Kurona and Nashiro Yasuhisa, meet up with the idiosyncratic inspector Suzuya Juuzou. Kaneki frees the powerful ghoul Matasaka Kamishiro, but is attacked by him and badly beaten.

Hunter x Hunter: Greed Island EP#60 - End × And × Beginning:  Gon and Killua attend the player selection test in a bid to gain access to Greed Island. And more training.

Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex EP#24 - C: Sunset in the Lonely City – ANNIHILATION:  Having learned the entire truth behind the Laughing Man Incident from the Laughing Man himself, and confirming the information with Serano, Section 9 is finally ready to make their move against the man behind the corporate terrorism: standing Secretary General Yakushima. However, Yakushima has learned of Section 9’s planned move, and has leaked the existence of the group to the press in an effort to cast the organization in a bad light. When Aramaki arrives to speak with the Prime Minister, he presents the incriminating evidence against Yakushima, expecting the Prime Minister to take action and remove Yakushima from office. However, the Lower House elections are entering a crucial stage, and without the support of his party in that House, the Prime Minister is uncertain of his ability to have Yakushima removed from office and arrested for his crimes. To counter this, the Prime Minister decides to use the Special Forces Restriction Bill against Section 9 in an effort to improve his party’s image, with the promise that he will take action after the elections have been completed. An alarmed Aramaki reluctantly agrees to the plan, and informs the Major of the impending raid on their headquarters, instructing her and the team to survive no matter what. Shortly after his departure from the Prime Minister’s office, Aramaki and Togusa become the first two members of Section 9 to be captured by the government. Elsewhere, a JMSDF carrier and three escorts arrive in the waters off Niihama City. Aboard the carrier the Umibozu, an elite JMSDF Black Ops unit adept at paramilitary operations, prepares to storm Section 9 with armoured combat suits and assault choppers. After exchanging fire with the Umibozu, the assembled members of Section 9 feign a suicide attempt before escaping to the basement. Kusanagi briefs them on the Chief’s last instructions before officially disbanding Section 9.

Tyler Joseph, Joshua Dun

seven teen year old au for @drugstoreglitter !!!

effy loved going away with freddie’s family. luckily for her, her family were always too busy to go so that meant she would have freddie ALL to herself. it just so happened, unfortunately for her, that she also had to prep for an oral french exam (they were in the south of france, was there a more perfect place for her to revise?). but effy wasn’t interested about the prospect of staying indoors and doing that, she wanted to sit back on deck chairs whilst sketching the horizon, staring up at the sun till it hurt and made her see shapes she couldn’t see with the blind eye. “freddie,” she whined, sat on the bed his mother had set up for her, suitcase partly unpacked so she could get her swimsuit all ready for an afternoon dip in the pool. his family liked her because of her grandfather - joseph ward, a tory minister who many well-off families had benefited from his giving hand. he was a very distorted robin hood, took from the poor and gave to the rich.. kinda.  effy pushed her hair back, bottom lip stuck out stubbornly as she watched her old friend enter the bedroom. “i don’t think revising should be at the top of our priority list.. we should go out, have fun,” effy - whom had only just announced her change of nickname, since she had been living by the alias of mia for the last ten years, tilted her head to one side as she stared at him. he was practically fluent in french, how? she had no idea - he was just naturally gifted, or so she guessed. effy got to her feet and picked up her swimsuit, waving it in his face. “la piscine?”

The Secret is Out:  mysterymanjoseph and sugarquilsx

It had been two weeks since the successful raid to rescue his employees at the mining complex in the African nation of Liberia.  The government and UN diplomats were useless, except for the fact that they delayed the hostage takers from doing anything until Joseph’s fast reaction force was on scene.  It was a pitched battle, he led his men into the thick of it, and got the hostages out.  The only problem is, someone had managed to hide a cell phone, even though Joseph’s men had confiscated them before the hostages had boarded the Super Sea Stallion helicopter for the ride out.  As a result, a little snippet of video got out of his aircraft carrier,..the Hornet,..formerly the USS Hornet, CV-12, the World War II Essex class aircraft carrier.  Joseph’s grandfather had purchased the old ship back in the 90′s, supposedly for scrap, but instead, through slight of hand, she was towed to Germany, then secretly refit and upgraded for action in the fast reaction force that the old man was putting together.  Now, in his New York corporate headquarters, Joseph sits in his office, watching news coverage of ‘Hornet Mania’ as when the video got out, people when crazy at the fact that someone had fought back against international terrorism.  Joseph thinks, “Not surprised that the old girl has fans still, but, if anyone does some real digging, even the false trails that Grandpa had laid to make it very convincing that Hornet has been scrapped, might not be enough.”
