As a living work in progress, I am often challenged to not be so sensitive. At the same time, I am aware that my sensitivity allows me to create.
I discovered that laughter is the balance that allows us to be. Laugh at life when it feels like it is laughing at or with you! Laugh at others even if they intend to hurt you! Laugh at yourself because sometimes you need to!
Laugh whether you feel like it or not. The brain does not know the difference between real or imagined laughter and releases the endorphins you need to balance.
