they were in the netherlands like, two weeks ago.

good morning, wednesday!

hi! i decided to put make-up on since i had a lot of time this morning pero parang bali-wala lang din kasi super init even though it’s just 6:20 in the morning. but anyhoo, hello tumblr! wakey wakey! i’m off to school in a bit, and the reason i say “in a bit” is because late na nagising kuya ko so obviously ako ulit magaadjust, yung tipong ako pa yung 8 yung pasok, hindi katulad niya na 10 pa. 

blah blah blah and daldal ko kahit super aga palang so i’ll let you guys have some peace and quiet for a bit. i hope you guys have an awesome wednesday!

I love meal prepping! It helps me eat healthier through out the day.

I’ve been trying new recipes and ideas and love this.

One serving of Oatmeal (not instant) (made with milk) with cinnamon and the tiniest bit of brown sugar (less then a teaspoon) and a banana and a strawberry!

Definitely something to try! 🍓

Woke up with minimal sleep this morning due to a parade of nightmares followed by my housemate’s dog howling into the wee hours of the morning. Spectacular experience.

So made a green, energizing smoothie bowl to get me through the day!

Using the Vitamix
2 frozen bananas
2 handfuls of frozen spinach
6 sweet green grapes
½ of an avocado
4 large organic baby carrots - chopped
½ tsp of Organic Burst Wheatgrass
½ tsp of Organic Burst chlorella
1 tsp of raw almond butter

Add organic vanilla almond milk
Add ice

Blend until smooth

Top off with bananas, raw buckwheat,
Sweet coconut flakes, gogi berries, and an almond.
