When the ISTJ says ‘I do’ they really mean ‘till death do us part’, probably more than the majority of the population. An ISTJ’s word is as good as gold and they take their commitments very seriously. To do otherwise would make the ISTJ feel as though they were going against their very nature and would make them feel as though they had lost their honour and trustworthiness.
The ISTJ will take their various roles in life very seriously be it lover, spouse, friend, or parent and will be very generous and devoted with their time. They will work tirelessly at their responsibilities and do their utmost to never let those around them down.
Cold Outside, Devoted Inside
Whilst the ISTJ may have problems showing the necessary warmth to others this does not imply that they do not feel it in abundance. Instead of showing affection in outward displays the ISTJ may choose to show it by relentless devotion, acts of service, gifts and letters. Often expressing their emotions out loud can make the ISTJ feel shy and unsure of themselves.
When in a healthy relationship the ISTJ will do their best to maintain the relationship and keep it from becoming chaotic by providing stability and reassurance.
How to Own Being a Broke Natural College Student this Semester
Being a college student is time consuming. On top of staying up all night to finish that one essay, there’s a 9am lecture tomorrow, and a meeting with your study group later. Watching natural girls on youtube is depressing because they spend hours doing twists out at night and then another two hours in the morning shaping it. Lez-be-honest, none of us have time for that. Here’s a quick guide on how to be a baddie with your natural hair this semester without wasting precious time (and money tbh).
1. Things that you’ll need:
A co-wash. (technical term here y’all. Basically, use a conditioner as a shampoo. Some people go out and buy an actual conditioner that says “COWASH”. I just go for a super thick conditioner that I know wouldn’t work as a leave-in. I use Mane-n-Tail)
a leave-in conditioner
a wide tooth comb to detangle
At night, right before you dive into your homework either in the shower or in the sink or wherever soak your hair. Put in your co-wash and go through and detangle your hair.
2. After you’re all detangled rinse it all out and then throw your hair up in a tee-shirt. I know that this lowkey sounds stupid but I swear to gaaawwd the tee-shirt reduces frizz 300%. So once your hair is all tied up go ahead and finish anything you need to do that night…homework, picking out your clothes, chilling, doesn’t matter as long as you leave your hair up in the tee-shirt for at least 30 minutes.
3. Once times up, let your hair down and lather it in leave-in. Once you feel like you have enough in your hair, throw it up in a bun on the top of your head and cover your edges with a scarf.
4. In the morning, let it down, fluff, run it under a hairdryer on the cool setting till’ you’re satisfied. Pick out with a comb, pick, whichever. And BAM. You look great and you can make it to your 9am. (if you have an 8am, I’m sorry. idk how you’re doing it)
I decided to go natural 4 years ago and no heat 6 months ago. Sooo happy I made this decision. Still learning how to style and properly hydrate my curls, my ends are very crispy and dry at the moment, don’t know if to cut or what products to use
Johnston canyon, banff. 🗻
o8-25-15 || went hiking for the first time in my life. It was really great 😌, although it’s chilly cold when we got there, it got hot afterwards from the hike. 10/10 Would do it again. ☺️
So I got the sunburn on Picaro’s nose to heal, and of course something else needs to go wrong because that’s just my luck.
He’s developing a case of scratches (the skin bacterial/fungal infection) on his right hind pastern and I have been using an iodine shampoo to gently wash it off then applying some Fura-zone but it just keeps coming back bigger and bigger. I think he developed it when we had that straight week of rain and his legs were always damp to some degree.
Any tips that have gotten your horse’s scratches to go away? Natural based remedies are preferred but I’m also definitely not opposed to medical solutions either.
2.) Color and style of hair?My hair is dark brown and it’s straight. I’m black, so my hair is not going to be naturally straight, so I get a perm/relaxer on my hair to make it straighten. My mom does my hair.
3.) Eye color? Dark brown
4.) Glasses or contacts? I love glasses. I have worn contacts in the past to see how they would feel or how I would look in them, but I prefer glasses to contacts. I can let my eyes relax with glasses.
5.) Do you wear braces? I used to. I recently have gotten them taken off.
6.) Fashion style?I’m a jeans and a T-shirt kind of girl. I really don’t dress up unless it’s for special occasions.
YOU IN GENERAL
10.) Where are you from/live now?I’m from Irving, Texas. I’m still living there.
11.) Siblings? I have 2 older half- sisters, 1 older half-brother, 1 younger half-brother, and 1 step-sister.

13.) What kind of student are you?All of my teachers say that I’m very nice and hard-working.
14.) Do you like school? Sometimes. It’s okay, but a lot of the time, it’s a living hell.

23.) Would you like kids some day? Yes
24.) Are you a girly girl, regular girl, or tomboy?I’m just a regular girl.
25.) Do you like shopping? Not really. If I’m with my mom, she literally wants to check out every single store and she takes all day in those stores when I’m with her. It’s so annoying, but I still love her. If I were to like shopping, I would have to be by myself. I mainly shop for books and things to read.
26.) What countries have you visited? I haven’t traveled to other countries yet. I really want to. I want to get out and see the world.
27.) Scariest nightmare? From an old post on Facebook:
I had some weird dream last night where this blonde girl was wandering around near a cave at night. She was with her friend and her friend decided to go into the cave. She waited outside and a minute later, her friend started screaming. She ran into the dark cave and a minute later, it got light. I saw that she now had dark hair and her eyes turned red. She had turned into a vampire.
28.) Enemies?I have some, but doesn’t everybody? I don’t have a lot of enemies because I mostly keep to myself. I’m a drama-free person. I don’t like to be and be caught up in drama.
29.) Significant other?Nope. I’m still waiting.
30.) Do you believe in miracles? Yes. I like to be hopeful and keep faith.
