when the fiance orders pizza and you start craving something carb-y and saucey too <3

my take on healthy, low carb spicy shrimp + “pasta”, hope you enjoy!

- sautée zoodles in high quality, cold pressed evoo

- while zoodles are crisping up, cook shrimp in separate pan over evoo, about 1-2 minute per side. add crushed garlic; thinly sliced onion; season with salt and pepper to taste.

- add in fire roasted tomatoes (i like muir glen, they are organic and have just enough of that fire-roasted-bite). allow to bubble just slightly before lowering to a dull simmer. 

- once sauce is complete, toss together with your zoodles and top with fresh parsley
