this has to be my most favorite pancakes i’ve ever made … 😏 magical chocolatey pancakes (recipe on the blog) with cashew butter , frozen blackberries / blueberries , quinoa pops , cacao bean nibs ‘n … maple syrup , duhhh 😌 (can’t have pancakes without maple syrup , right ? 😉) which i had for breakie today 🌌🌠make a wish , guys … 😌 p.s. who loves my new mug ? i know i do haha it’s so cozy ‘n trendy lookin’ 😉👀🎬🐾🌞🌊🌴

To make today’s smoothie bowl you will need to blend the following:
1 organic banana
1 stick organic celery
1 organic kiwi fruit
1 cup organic baby spinach leaves
2 tbsp organic parsley (my was from the garden)
1 tsp organic matcha green tea @matcha_maiden
1 tbsp maca powder @loving_earth
½ cup coconut water @naturalrawc
Top with dry organic goodies @thesourcebulkfoods caramelised buckini, chia seeds, shredded coconut, organic fresh strawberry, passion fruit, kiwi & my little nasturtium from @poyntonsnursery 🌼🌼🌼

Now the granola today is not “gluten free” but if you do some research about wheat and the pesticides used with conventional farming you will also see that gluten in the wheat is NOT the problem but the toxins and pesticides sprayed on them during growth & before harvest. The facts are quite alarming and therefore this is why I choose to eat organic wheat and breads. Hope everyone is having a lovely day, sending you all love, vitality and more xox
