This bow is called the Compass Kodiak, Bear Archery. This one was an early production bow, you can tell by the two woods used in the riser. These bows are rare because the compass made a weak spot and the bows broke. This one has never been strung! The vertical version of this shot made the cover of Traditional Bowhunter Magazine in 2007. The hatchet is an original Marbles #9 axe. Made in Gladstone, Michigan. The bow was made in Grayling, Michigan.
