girls be careful

in my first lecture on shakespeare the lecturer opened with the words “Shakespeare is bisexual. Most literary evidence points towards this, and it is the most commonly accepted understanding of his sonnets in modern literature.

so if I have to read even ONE essay that comes to this ‘shocking’ conclusion this year, so help me god you will NOT pass this module”

anyway this is your reminder that shakespeare is bi, 100% bi, super bi, and laura jenkins wants people to shut up and focus on his fucking nature imagery thank you goodbye.

super self indulgent but because it’s my birthday here are some sketches of my DnD character, Sherry! She’s a dwarf paladin, team mom, and will absolutely kick your ass.

no offence but let yourself be ugly!! you don’t have to fix your hair if you’re not going anywhere you don’t have to cover up ur spots or change out of your lounge pants to go buy milk like damn we really gotta let ourselves be comfortable without constantly apologising for just looking normal and it’s hard but i think we need to practice looking in the mirror and saying i look ugly af today and that’s okay!! tru self care is letting urself be ugly tbh

Black Girls 101 🍒

I’m making this post specifically for my black babes. Repost this to uplift a black girl that may need this.

1.) Having darker skin does not make you ugly. Baby girl, you are so beautiful.

2.) Don’t have loose curly hair? that’s fine. You are still so so gorgeous with your naps and all.

3.) Don’t take “pretty for a black girl” as a compliment. You’re pretty POINT BLANK PERIOD. “For a black girl” is unnecessary.

4.) You aren’t obligated to subject to blatant racism. If someone talking shit about your people, FUCK EM UP.

5.) Dye your hair all sorts of colors. All colors work for all shades, they don’t discriminate.

6.) It’s okay to be in an interracial relationship.

7.) Your life matters.

8.) If you can’t handle having natural hair, sis that’s okay. You shouldn’t feel ashamed, because you get a perm.

9.) To my mixed girls, you’re still black. Don’t let people make you feel like you ain’t.

10.) LOVE YOURSELF BABY
