I’m Laura, I was the creator of this blog. My main aim was to spread the word of the printed text. Books have always been a major part of my life and to get a job in my favourite book shop was a dream come true. Our house is littered with books from massive hardbacks to gorgeous picture books so it was only natural that Max would be involved in books! Nothing beats curling up with him in his bedroom and reading one of the hundreds of books he has.

I’m Ginny and I have a dude of a 2 year old named Dylan. We are big readers in our family and I began his book collection before he was even born. My city’s library had a 10p sale when he was only a few weeks old and my Mum and I ended up spending almost £5 on books for him! As well as that, I always ask for books for his birthday and christmas, so we have plenty of wonderful reads to review for you.

(Jess hasn’t written anything about herself so I will - Laura)

Jess is a wonderful mum to 3 children and a step mother to another. As well as having her hands full she also manages to take wonderful photos and still finds time to read to her brood and blog for us.

Hey there, I’m Jess! I live in Brisbane, Australia with my fiance Mick and our two little girls, Malorie (two) and Elsa (two months).
I have always been most comfortable nose-deep in a story, which is a trait I seem to have passed on to Malorie, and I hope to pass on to Elsa.
We have books in all corners of our little abode, many of mine living on my beadhead so they are always within reach, and the girl’s collections are almost overtaking mine!
Along with my passion for books, I also have a passion for all things Australian, so the majority of my reviews will be of much loved Australian classics.
My favourite thing is going into Mally’s room to get her up for the day, only to find she’s already dressed herself in a tutu and dinosaur t-shirt and is sitting on the floor “reading” herself a story.

Along the way we will be looking for more regular posters, guest posters and maybe people wanting to write special features. If you want to contribute or have any suggestions send us a message!
