Salmon Poke Sushi
(Salmon Poke- fresh raw salmon marinated in soy sauce, Mirin, grated ginger and ginger juice, toasted sesame oil, brown sugar, roasted garlic evoo, Wasabi paste and toasted sesame seeds filled inside cooked and seasoned Sushi rice, pickled ginger and cucumber). Serve with soy sauce, Wasabi, pickled ginger, key lime and (Unagi sauce and toasted sesame seeds- not shown here and optional).
