Seinfeld is the greatest sitcom of all time. I cannot put into words the amount of creative ability, talent, and success that Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David were able to form in their ten years of production.
That’s pretty much what I said on Friday when I learned that Julia Louis Dreyfus aka Seinfeld’s Elaine Benes was in Washington filming scenes for her upcoming HBO show “Veep.” While most of the comedy series about a female senator who becomes vice president will film in Baltimore, D.C. got some love this weekend. According to documents from the D.C. Office of Motion Picture and Television Development, Dreyfus and the show shot scenes outside Constitution Hall, around up and down from 3rd St. to 19th St. on Constitution Avenue and around the White House (i.e. 15th and Penn).
And this is totes rando, but speaking of Elaine, is it sad that I just learned that the J.Peterman catalogue is a real thing?
