A/N: Happy Valentines Day! I know it’s early, but I thought I would start off the morning for my NCIS fans <3 I hope you all love this! Feedback is welcomed and appreciated! I love you all so much! <3 <3

This was requested by @jez-zolnierz: Since your requests are open can I ask you for some fluff with Gibbs: breaking rule 12 and asking him to be your valentine? :) I wish you lovely day!

While Tony and McGee were off on a double date, you were sitting at your desk finishing paperwork.  This report was something you could have gotten done tomorrow morning, but you decided to do get it done now.  Besides you didn’t have a date on Valentine’s Day.  You didn’t feel like going home and sitting in your apartment by yourself.

You looked up in surprise as Gibbs walked through the bullpen and sat down at his desk.  He was wearing your favorite navy blue button down shirt with a black blazer over it.  You always admired the way he dressed and the way he smelled.  Abby was the only one who knew about your crush on Gibbs.

“[Y/N],” Gibbs spoke, interrupting your thoughts.

That’s My Coffee

“One tall black coffee!” One of the baristas calls over the soft music of the coffee shop. You go to grab your addiction but when you’re only half way you notice a man with silver hair moving away from you. Your coffee in his hand.

“Hey!” You cry, “hey wait!” You catch the sleeve of his jacket just outside the door. He swings around quickly, loosing the coffee and his hand going to his hip. You see the butt of his gun before you see the badge. “Fuck!” You yelp stumbling back he reaches out and grabs your arm before you can go off of the curb. “Sorry.” You mumble, you just know that your cheeks are pink with embarrassment.

“What?” He grumbles.

“I didn’t mean to startle you.” You explain, “You just took my coffee and I’m running on empty.”

“Well now it’s on the ground so it’s all yours.” He grouches and your mouth drops open in surprise.

“Excuse me?”

“You heard me.”

“Wooow.” You draw out the word in irritation, “Just because you’re some big bad federal Agent doesn’t mean that you can be a dick.”

“That’s exactly what it means.”

“Fuck you man.” You snap and turn on your heel, if you beat him back to the shop you can take his coffee. It seems he has the same idea, following you back into the shop. The bell chimes as you yank open the door. One of the baristas looks up to greet you and then sees the man behind you.

“Gibbs! There you are.” She goes to pass him his coffee when you snag it out of her hand.

“He took mine then proceeded to dump it on the sidewalk.” You tell her before dodging his hand and taking a drink. The barista stares at you, eyes wide and mouth slightly open in surprise. “Thank you Agent Gibbs. It’s been fun.” You tell him throwing him a wink before you leave the coffee shop.

You’re surprised when he catches up with you half a block later. His own cup of coffee in his hand.

“You didn’t really think I was gonna let you call me a dick and get away with it did you?” He asks evenly, he doesn’t look at you, just takes a sip of his coffee.

“I mean, I was hopeful.” You shoot him a grin and you see a smirk cross his lips. “How about I say sorry with lunch?”

“Deal.” He passes you his card and you tuck it into your pocket.

“Later Gibbs.” You flirt then split off from him toward work.

You guess sacrificing your coffee for a date with him was worth it.

Word Count: 486

Pairing: Gibbs x Daughter!Reader

15. “Shouldn’t you be with him/her?”

“Why don’t you go be with her then!” You shout at Ryan who tutted and threw his arms up. You turned around and stalked out of the shopping mall, “Leave me alone Ryan.” You mumbled when you heard him calling and running after you.

“[Y/N] would you stop being so dramatic? It was just a little hug-”

“-and then a kiss! And a complete ignorance of the fact that I was in the damn room!” You shot back and ripped off the necklace that he’d gotten you, careful not to damage the other necklace you wore, and threw it towards him, “See you around, Ryan.”

DiNozzo looked up from his desk, then glanced at McGee then his superior, “Uh, Boss, Gibbs Junior incoming.”

A flash of a frown was sent from Gibbs towards DiNozzo before the elder Agent’s eyes caught sight of his daughter storming from the elevator, “[Y/N]?”

“Dad.” You couldn’t help it and burst out crying, covering your mouth, you had been holding it in all the way here and the walk from the mall hadn’t been a short jaunt.

Gibbs was out of his seat in an instant and came around to meet you halfway, wrapping you up in his arms, “[Y/N], what’s wrong? What’s happened? Where’s Ryan?” He asked trying to get you to look at him, “Shouldn’t you be with him?”

DiNozzo was out of his seat too as well as McGee, both with concerned expressions.

“No,” you sobbed and shook your head, “I hate him. Boys are the worst. I wanted to-to…” You trailed off, crying all over again as Gibbs facial expression went from worried to furious.

“What happened, [Y/N]?” He asked again as DiNozzo and McGee collected their weapons from their drawers.

“We-we were at the mall…like I told you I would be and I saw him,” you sniffled and ducked your head, “he was all over Hailey. Like this crappy rash and I just…I ended it with him. Threw his necklace in his face and just left. Before I knew I was here.”

“You walked all the way here from the mall?” McGee asked softly, coming to stand beside you. You sniffled again, wiping your eyes and nodded, “That’s…that’s a long way.”

“Alright. McGee, stay here with [Y/N]. Tony - you’re with me. Let’s go pay Ryan a visit.” He said with a thunderous expression, grabbing his own weapon, “Love you kiddo. Don’t worry about Ryan.”

You smiled a little, “I love you too, Daddy.” You murmured and closed your eyes when he kissed your forehead.

You watched your father and surrogate uncle leave the building before looking at Tim, “You still have that game on your computer?” You asked with a hopeful smile and grinned when he nodded, stealing DiNozzo’s chair you roll it over to sit next to him. Sometimes your family, however strange, temperamental or dysfunctional was the best one you could ask for.

A/N: I hope you all enjoy this! Feedback is welcomed and appreciated! I love you all so much! <3 <3

This was requested by @jez-zolnierz: being a probie, DiNozzo always mocking you and Gibbs treats you like his own daughter and always protecting you, even from DiNozzo jokes :)

Since you were the new “Probie” on the team, you knew there would be some slight teasing.  It was nothing you couldn’t handle, but some days it could wear you a little thin.  You had been subjected to jokes and pranks all day.  Gibbs could tell you were near your breaking point.

“Okay McGoo, one last prank,” Tony mused, rubbing his hands together.  “This one is gonna be the best.”  Tony dug into his desk drawer, pulling out a screwdriver.  The agent leapt up from his chair, walking behind your desk.

“Are you doing what I think you’re doing,” McGee said, narrowing his eyes at his partner.  “I’m not sure that’s a good idea Tony.  [Y/N] has been through enough of our pranks today, don’t you think?  I think we should drop the pranks altogether.  She’s been here for almost a year now.”

Little Sister

For an anon who requested “Can I get a one shot where the reader is like Tony’s cousin or sister and he forgot his lunch so she brings it to him and Gibbs and reader take a liking to each other when they first meet?”

You tossed the bag down in front of Tony, watching his head snap up in surprise and you smirked at him, arms crossed over your chest.

“Had I know how much of a struggle it was to get in your building I would have taken it to work and eaten it myself.” You laughed, sitting on the edge of his desk and looking around, “So this is where you work? Not bad, when you were little we were just hoping you learned how to hold a pen correctly.” You teased and Tony glared, opening his bagged lunch and glaring.

“You took my tasty cake.” He accused, rummaging through his bag, “Two fruits and no pastry? What do I look like to you, (Y/N)?”

“Someone who could use more fruit in the diet and less tasty cake obviously.” You grinned, and Tony looked more then ready to argue back when you were interrupted.

“Tony who’s this?” A woman with an accent asked, and you cocked an eyebrow at Tony, causing him to send you a dirty look, “New… girlfriend, we should know about?” You spun around, both you and Tony making nearly identical faces of disgust.

“Girlfriend?” He repeated, “No, this is my sister, (Y/N), (Y/N) this is my team Ziva David, and McGeek.”

“My name isn-” Tony didn’t even bat an eye.

“Abby is downstairs, you’d like her, and Ducky is our ME. Then there Gibbs, he’s our boss, and trust me he might look like a hard ass but he’s-”

“He’s what DiNozzo?” Tony paled slightly and struggled to get back to looking like he was doing something productive.

“A great boss and and great man?” Tony offered and you laughed out loud. This was great, watching someone besides you putting Tony in his place.

“Tony you’re being incredibly rude, introduce me.” He muttered under his breath before spinning around again.

“Boss, this is my little sister (Y/N) She has all of the devilish good looks of the rest of us DiNozzos and half of the charm.”

“Hey!” You glared, punching his arm.

“(Y/N), my dear, lovely sister, this is Gibbs. My boss.” You considered giving Tony the finger, then also considered the fact that you were an adult woman, in a federal building, so you settled for an eye roll before extending your hand to Gibbs.

“I’m sorry you got stuck working with my ever so charming brother.” Gibbs took your hand and shook it, chuckling slightly.

“Well, while I have to agree with the devilish good looks part, I find it hard to believe that you’re the less charming sibling.” Woah was that a blatant flirt? You blushed slightly and laughed, looking at your very very uncomfortable looking brother.

“You don’t seem like too much of a hardass either. My dearest brother must just be really bad at describing people.” You joked, ignoring the huff from behind you. Gibbs nodded in agreement, not even sparing his surprised looking team a glance.

“Well if you’re free sometime we could always do coffee, introduce ourselves in our own words.” He offered.

“Sounds good to me, Gibbs.” You smirked.

“Call me Jethro, please.”

“Well then it sounds good to me, Jethro. But I’m running late so I’ll..” You grabbed a piece of paper from your brother’s desk and jotted down your number, handing it over and grabbing your bag, “Call me later,” You swooped and kissed your brother’s cheek before waving at this team, “Nice meeting you all!” You called before seeing yourself out. Everyone was silent for a moment, unsure of what exactly they just witness.

“Yes boss?”

“Get back to work.”

Accident Prone

For @alfabravo666 with Gibbs. I hope this is what you were looking for. Sorry it took me so long.

He was glaring. That cold blue stare of his, and the fact that he hadn’t blinked was sort of freaky.

“Which one?” He growled

“Gibbs no.” You protest.

“Which one of those idiots left you to defend the front by yourself.”

“Me. I told them I could handle it and clearly I was wrong.” You say gesturing to the now clean and wrapped gunshot wound.

“You could have been killed. They shouldn’t have left you.” Gibbs growls.

“Don’t Gibbs me.”

“Jethro.” You counter and he huffs in annoyance. “I am a fully capable Agent. It’s not Tim or Tony’s job to take care of me.” You argue sliding off of the bed you’ve been sitting on. “The asshole snuck up on me and got a couple shots off. He got lucky.” You scoop up your bag with your uninjured arm then loop it through his. “Take me home?” You ask and Gibbs nods covering your hand with his. You know he only barks out of concern for you, and if one of the boys was to blame you know his bark wouldn’t be worse than his bite. It was honestly your choice.

The missing woman hadn’t had much time left.

You heal quickly, but you can tell Gibbs is annoyed that you’re pushing yourself. You know he thinks you’re moving too fast, not taking enough time to heal. Pot, meet kettle. It’s why you balance one another out so well, you’re both stubborn. You follow your gut and it usually doesn’t lead you wrong. Much to Gibbs annoyance.

“You need more rest.”

“I’m fine Gibbs.” You tell him strapping on your vest. “You wouldn’t take more rest either.”

“But I’m your boss.” He growls and you raise your eyebrows at him.

“Gibbs, we’re outnumbered as it is. Please. Let me help.”

“Fine.” He huffs, and you follow him silently into the building. You clear each room as you go, moving quickly but quietly.

The suspect jumps out at you from a blind corner. The knife in his hand slices your leg before you shoot him once in the arm.

“Are you kidding me!” You cry, as Gibbs gets between you and your attacker. He kicks the gun away as Tony and McGee come running into the room. Once Gibbs hands your attacker off to Tony and McGee he turns on you and sighs heavily. You’re sitting on the floor, putting pressure on the cut when he crouched down and hands you his handkerchief.

“You’re having a tough month aren’t you.” He tells you, doesn’t ask.

“Thanks and yes.”

“I told you that you should’ve stayed outside.”

“And has someone sneak up on me out there? No thanks. Will you take me to the hospital now?”

“Ambulance is on the way.” He sits down next to you and gently presses down on the cut on your leg. You wince slightly and he presses a kiss to the side of your head. “I’ve got you sweetheart. And after this you’re taking the rest of the month off.”

Age Is A Number...

Hey guys! Double post today, hope you all enjoy this one, I had loads of fun writing it! Feedback is greatly appreciated and welcomed, as always thank you for reading. <3

Requested by: @climbmountainsandhugtrees “…I was wondering if you’d write a little something with Gibbs for me, too. something along the lines of the reader being the youngest in the team and Gibbs is always looking out for her and making sure nothing happens and then a suspect takes her hostage.”

Word Count: 1,364

Pairing: Gibbs x Reader

It wasn’t news to anyone that you were young. Youngest on the elite team captained by Leroy Jethro Gibbs. Youngest agent in the Naval Yard in fact. It drew attention to yourself, especially when you started. Your first day included questions; some personal, some inappropriate and one or two that got Gibbs’s back up but you survived, you gave yourself a pat on the back and took it from there. Five years later and you’re still here.

Ever since though you’ve gone from strength to strength, Gibbs took a chance on you when he accepted you into the team, he wouldn’t have done that if he hadn’t seen something special in you, whether it was your quit witted replies to DiNozzo’s advances or your intuition in cases, but he also took you under his wing guided you when you needed it, gave you advice. He became somewhat of a father figure to you, your work Dad as Tony and McGee like to tell you every so often.

He always had your back, if you were ever in a sticky situation Gibbs would always be there to get you out. If you ever had a problem, Gibbs would be there to lend an ear or a well-cooked steak and a beer.

“We just want to ask Malcolm and Kevin some question, in connection with the Petty Officers death.” You explained to their parents, glancing at DiNozzo.

“Mrs Hudson, why don’t you come with me and we’ll talk with Kevin?” He asked, gesturing to the stairs. Both the boys were in their bedrooms. She nodded and followed the Special Agent up to Kevin’s room.

“Mr Hudson?” You prompt with a small smile, “It’s just a few questions..” He nodded too and lead you up to Malcolm’s room.

“Malcolm?” He asked as he opened the door, allowing you in and then shut it behind him, “This here is Agent [Y/L/N], she wants to ask you about that Officer’s death..”

Malcolm sat up on his bed and nodded, his father going to stand by the window.

You started with the routine questions, what was Malcolm’s connection with the Petty Officer, what was he doing at the park that late at night, could you have a DNA sample - that’s where things went south, “Alright Malcolm, calm down, it’s just a few questions.” You say in a calming voice, hoping it would calm the young man. He had at least a foot on you and you could already tell he played football at school.

“I didn’t do anything!” He shouted and pushed you out of the way to lock the door, before you could even react he’d pulled a weapon and backed himself into a corner, aiming his handgun at you and his father.

“Malcolm, what’s this? This isn’t you!” His father shouted just as you pulled your own weapon, aiming it at the young man.

DiNozzo frowned when he heard the commotion in the next room and made a sign for the mother and the second son to stay in the room they were currently in. He drew his weapon and slowly made his way down the hall, “[Y/N]! Everything alright in there?”

“Don’t say anything, and put your gun down!” Malcolm hissed at you.

“Tony, get back,” you start to say but Malcolm shouted over you.

“Go away from the door, or they both die!” He threatened and it made your blood run cold, the boy sounded wild and scared and he was already in a corner.

The father spluttered, “Malcolm, please, what’s gotten into you.”

“Shut up, Dad!”

“Tony, do as he says…” You warn and start to lower your gun, placing it on the floor before kicking it over and raising your hands, “Alright Malcolm, you’re in charge.”

“Boss we have a situation,” DiNozzo said into his cell phone as he bundled Mrs Hudson and Kevin into the garage, telling them to stay put as he went back to the bottom of the stairs.

Tires screeched to a halt and the sirens that had been on turned off. Gibbs and McGee ran from the car, into the house, meeting Tony in the living room, “Local LEOs have been notified. SWAT are on their way.” McGee told Tony.

“Has he made any demands?” Gibbs asked Tony.

“Nothing yet. [Y/N] is in there with the father too. Boss, I’m sorry we both just went to do separate inter-”

“It isn’t your fault DiNozzo…we jut have to get her out alive.”

“Sniper, do you have a shot?” The task force leader said into his earpiece.

‘Negative Sir, Agent [Y/L/N] is blocking the only window.’

“He’s put her there. He’s smart, not a stupid kid.” Tony said to everyone before noticing Gibbs squinting at said window, “Boss?”

Gibbs kept looking at the window, squinting his eyes, “She’s signing.”

“What? What do you mean signing?” The task force leader asked.

“Her and Abby…Abby’s our lab technician, she’s been teaching her for years. She’s signing something.” He concentrated, “Boy…unstable…willing to shoot…father..”

“Right, we’re going in. Blast on the door should be enough to distract him long enough for us to disarm him.” The task force guy concluded but a gunshot rang out stopping everyone in their tracks, then another.

Gibbs’s eyes snapped to the window to see blood spatter and a neat little hole. Without any though, Gibbs, Tony and McGee all race off towards the house, one thing on their mind - you.

“NCIS!” All three men shouted as they stormed the room, weapons drawn. There was the boy, gun smoking from his hand, a pale face and tears running down his cheeks. The father cowering in the corner and you, you were laid on the floor clutching your stomach.

“DiNozzo, secure that weapon!” Gibbs barked, McGee was rounding on the shooter with his handcuffs ready. More officers came in, escorting the father out.

“G-Gibbs,” you said in a wobbly voice, your hands over your stomach, “I-I-I don’t- it just went off-”

“Alright, alright, stop, let me see…” He said softly and pried your hands away, if he’d learnt anything from Ducky it was where a fatal gunshot wound could be and right now, you were incredibly lucky - in the grand scheme of things, you were still losing blood, however.

You groan when he pressed down on your stomach, much harder than you had been doing, “I can’t die- what if I die? I’m too young. I’m not- I can’t..” You stop, letting your head fall back to the floor with a thud, your bloody fingers gripping the material on the arm of Gibbs’s NCIS jacket, “God!” You yell with a pained voice, whimpering.

“Hey, listen to me, focus on me.” He instructed you, “Have I ever steered you wrong yet?” Gibbs asked, pushing further onto your stomach, he could feel both Tony’s and Tim’s eyes on you and him.

You shake your head, your lips in a thin line, “Then believe me when I say you’re going to be fine.” Gibbs kept his eyes on yours and you nodded.

You were laid in the hospital bed hours later after a surgery to remove the bullet and heavy bandages around your stomach. You would be out of action for a few weeks but determined to get back up and running in no time. The door opened to your room, it was pitch black outside now, save for the glow of the streetlamps. You turn your head from the window and smile as you saw Gibbs at the doorway, Tony peaking over one shoulder and McGee over the other, “Hey guys…”

They filed in, both DiNozzo and McGee holding some flowers than were black, a balloon, some chocolates and a card. You laughed ever so softly but it still ended up with a wince to your face, “Tell Abbs thank you for those beautiful flowers.”

The guys put everything on your small desk before taking a seat either side of your bed, Gibbs stood off to the side, looking over the three of you with a gentle smile on his face. He caught your gaze and gave you a wink. He would always have your back - always.

Pairing: Gibbs x Reader

Word Count: 1,021

Warnings: fluff

A/N: This was requested by an anon: Being friends with Abby and telling her about your crush on Gibbs not knowing that he is right behind you, please? ;) I hope you all enjoy! I love you all so much! <3

It was routine for you to visit Abby while Gibbs went to autopsy.  You had a Caf-Pow in your hand and somewhat of a smile on your face.  Usually you had a wide grin on your face as you greeted the forensic scientist, but something was on your mind today.   When you entered her lab, she could tell right away.  Since you and Abby were best friends, she could always tell when something was off about you.

Abby took the Caf-Pow politely from your hands just as she noticed the suddenly somber look you had on your face.  It was still early in the case, she would make time to talk to you after going over the evidence.

You quirked an eyebrow at Abby, noticing that she was going through her findings rather quickly.  It seemed like she wasn’t wasting any time.  Once she finished, she spun on her heels to face you.

Surprise Visitor

For the Anon who requested “Hey could you please do one where you’re Tony’s baby sister and you come to visit him at work and no one knew you existed. Thank you love your writing ❤️”

A little bit implied McGee x reader but it’s mostly just a cute little Sister Tony blurb. Hope you all like it, I felt like I rambled a little too much but ah well. Tony’s sister is one of my favorite things to write for (*wink wink nudge nudge*)

People gave you odds looks as they past and you knew exactly why. Reason one; You probably were not supposed to be here. Reason two; you were currently lounging in a desk that wasn’t yours, reading a book and drinking a coffee. Reason three; you were far too relaxed for someone who did not even belong here. For examples see reason two. Reason four; everyone felt like they’ve seen you before, but none of them were sure were they might know you from.

“Uhm. Hello?” You glanced up from the book you’d been staying busy with and grinned, tilting your head to the side and looking over the man in front of you .

“Hey there.” You greeted, grin turning into your family famous smirk. You watched as the man became slightly flustered, unsure what exactly to do.

“That’s- That’s my book.” You glanced down at the novel in your hands and shrugged, tossing it onto Tony’s desk.

“Sorry, you left it out. I was bored.” He gave you an incredulous look, leaning forward to quickly grab the book, not taking his eyes off you. As he stared at you, you smirked again, giving him a moment to try and work it out.

“You look… Really familiar, have we met before?” Really? Could noone put two and two together? God you guys looked similar, you were sitting in his desk, you told him you’d be in town… Unless.

“(Y/N)?” You spun in the chair, smirk dropping and glare coming on full throttle.

“Anthony.” You stated. His face paled slightly and he looked from you to the other man who was still standing there confused.

“Anthony? What could I have done, I just got here! Probbie, what did you say to her?” You got up from your chair and rolled your eyes, glare only dropping slightly.

“He didn’t say anything because he doesn’t know who I am, did you not tell them!” Tony gave you a sheepish grin before shaking his head.

“Never came up?” Another eyeroll from your end before you opened your arms, “Well come on, I haven’t seen you in months, and so far this has been a pretty subpar hello.” Tony grinned widely before coming around his desk and enveloping you in a tight hug, lifting your feet from the ground momentarily.

“What is going on?” A woman with an accident asked from behind you, and while Tony continued to squeeze the life out of your body you heard the other man answer.

“I’m… not sure?” When you finally broke apart Tony kept an arm slung loosely around your shoulders, turning to his team and smiling brightly. You grinned as well and watched as it clicked on the other man’s face, his own mouth turning into a surprised ‘o’.

“DiNozzo.” Both of your heads jerked to the side, but your brother quickly dropped his arm from around you, standing slightly straighter.

“Yes boss?”

“No girlfriends in the office.” You both made nearly identical faces of disgust and you stuck your tongue out slightly with a small ‘eyuk’.

“I don’t think they’re dating boss, I think Tony has a family member he’s neglected to tell us about.”

“Right you are McGeek.” Tony gave the other man a dirty look, and you elbowed your brother in the side.

“Introduce me,” You demanded, “Before I actually start thinking you don’t want them to know I exist.”

“Right, Right.” Tony nodded, watching his team began to smirk at him. He crossed his arms moodily. “This is my baby sister (Y/N). Emphasis on baby, and sister, McGeek. Which means hands off. Not that I think my lovely sister has such bad taste as to-”

“Tony.” You quipped, rolling your eyes.

“(Y/N), This is my team, not my team, since Gibbs here is the boss, but that’s Ziva David, and Timothy McGeek.”

“Why didn’t you tell us you had a sister?” Ziva asked, raising an eyebrow. You turned to look at your brother, arms crossing over your chest as you smirked.

“It never came up! And besides McGeek never told us about his so it only seemed fair. (Y/N) and I have a very good sibling-ship going. I was not hiding her. I wasn’t hiding you! It’s just, It’s kinda like in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, I’m Ferris, and you’re Jeanie, and sure we love each other but we love to piss each other off more, and-”

“Shut up Tony.” You laughed, watching your brother flounder trying to find a suitable answer for everyone in the room. Tony listened to you at once, grinning sheepishly again, and McGee let out a low whistle.

“She can shut him up in two words, and we haven’t had a moment of silence in two years. I like her.” He announced. Tony sent him a glare, protective arm going around your shoulders.

“Better not like her too much.” You laughed, patting his chest slightly and grinning up at your brother. It was good to see him again, it’s been too long.

Requested by: @probiefanatic12 - Gibbs over hears the reader talking about kids with another agent. He tries to make her break up with him by being extra stubborn and cranky. After a huge fight she ask what got into him and he admits he over heard her.

Y/N smiled at her fellow agent as she placed her hand on her bump, “Wow, that feels so weird.” Y/N whispered as she felt the baby kick. “And yet it feels perfect.” The another agent smiled rubbing her rounded stomach. “Y/N, have you thought about kids yet?” Y/N looked to the floor, “I have but I’m unsure if it would ever happen.”

Gibbs over heard his girlfriend say this and negative thoughts began to run through his head. Was she unsure because of me? Is it my fault she’s unsure? Turning 180 degrees, Jethro marched back down the corridor muttering to him, “She needs someone who will give her what she wants.”

The tension between Jethro and Y/N began to build throughout the rest of the day. McGee and Bishop watched on worried. They had never seen Gibbs this way before. He was being even more cranky, snapping at Y/N more than anyone else and his stubbornness had escalated.

“What’s wrong with Gibbs?” McGee whispered to Y/N as he placed some files on her desk. Y/N looked up at him, “I’m unsure but I’ll find out.” Y/N got up and quickly followed the man she loved into the elevator.

Stopping the elevator dead in its tracks, y/N glared at the man she loves. “What the hell is your problem, Jethro?” The silver haired man looked Y/N up and down and scowled, “My problem? What makes you think I have a problem?” Y/N took a step towards him. “You’ve been even more cranky than normal, you are beyond stubborn, I don’t know what’s gotten into you!” Gibbs avoided eye contact, “if you think that then why don’t you leave? Find a man who can give you what you want?” He muttered.

Y/N’s jaw dropped. “Why would you even say that Jethro?” The words cut her deep. “‘Cause I heard what you said earlier, you deserve someone who can give you what you want.” Y/N stood there confused for a short while until she realised what the man she loves was talking about. “You thought when I said I was unsure about ever having kids, you thought I was talking about you?” Y/N’s voice was just above a whisper. Gibbs nodded.

“That’s not what I meant. We’ve never talked about the topic, Jethro. I’m unsure with this job if we’d ever be ready to have children.” She took his hand and held it tight. A small smile can across his face, “We’d never know unless we try.” He said before kissing the top of her head.

Title: Hots For You

Requested by: Anon - “Can we have 24,14 with Gibbs please x”

Word Count: 701

Pairing: Gibbs x Reader

14. “Have you ever thought about…like…us?”
24. “Wanna go for a drive?”

You didn’t know whether to laugh or cry when DiNozzo told you that the Boss Man had a little thing for you. At first, you didn’t believe him, told him through a forced laugh to get back to his reports but now you weren’t so sure.

Gibbs hadn’t outright told you or shown you, of course he wouldn’t, he has a standard to uphold but there were little things that were letting you in on the Marine’s fiercely kept secret. The way he held doors for you - at first it was gentlemanly but he never did it for another female agent. It didn’t occur to you that he only brought you coffee, especially when it was an impromptu case that caught you off guard at home or at the gym.

Title: We’ve Gotcha

Characters:  Gibbs, DiNozzo, McGee, Y/N (reader) -no pairing

Word count: 982

Warnings: fluffish, slight angst

A/N: I have a lot of Gibbs coming out rather close together, so I hope you don’t mind. </3 I hope you all enjoy this! Feedback is welcomed and appreciated! I love you all so much! <3 <3

This was requested by @maybeinmylife: Could you write an imagine in which the reader starts to get hit on or in general feel uncomfortable at the office and the team (NCIS) comes to the rescue

It was just you and the suspect in the interrogation room.  You allowed the guy to be freed of his handcuffs; against Gibbs’ wishes of course.  You thought he would open up more if you displayed a small amount of trust.  You quickly started to regret your decision.

“I’m glad I get to talk to the sexier of the two agents,” the man sneered.  “You’d look a lot better if you undid a few of those buttons.”

You rolled your eyes, slapping the file onto the metal table.  “How about you tell me why your fingerprints are all over our crime scene,” you suggested.  “How do you know the Lieutenant?  Was he a friend?”  You spread out photos of the deceased Lieutenant, making sure that he looked them over.  “It would be best if you answered honestly, because I will find out the truth.  You’re already in enough trouble as is.”

In Need

I am sorry it’s been so long, and I’m sorry this isn’t one of my best pieces of work, but I wanted to give you all something and this is what happened at 3am.

For the anon who requested 2, 3 and 27 from the second request list with Gibbs  “I am not drunk!” “I just need a hug.” “You’re shivering.”

Your phone went off again, and you picked it up momentarily checking who was calling like you didn’t already know before playing it back down on the table face down.

“Someone is popular.” Tony commented, nosy eyes glancing at your turned over phone. You could practically see him itching to turn it over to find out who’d been calling and texting you all day.

“Minds your business, DiNozzo.” You chuckled, grabbing the mobile and shoving it into your purse when you saw his sneaky hands reaching for it.

“It is my business!” Tony gave you a toothy grin, “You’ve been receiving personal messages all day at work, where you work with me, where it becomes my-”

“DiNozzo, mind your business.” Gibbs repeated, masking his amused look by giving you a stern one, though it didn’t reach his eyes, “Both of you behave.” Tony jokingly stuck his tongue out at you and you flicked a bundled up napkin at his head, watching it bounce off and hit Tim as well. Everyone chuckled and the peace was restored, your blowing up phone forgotten from everyone’s mind but your own.

You weren’t usually a drinker, but in your defense you were trying to take a drink for every missed phone call you received. But at the rate your phone was vibrating you’d probably get alcohol poisoning.

Your cheeks were rosy and your speech slightly slurred as you leaned sideways on Emily, giggling as you both polished off another glass of wine. DiNozzo grinned at you from across the table.

“I’ve never seen you this drunk before.” He commented lightly and you scowled in return.

“I’m not drunk!”you argued, but the escalated volume, and lack of diction did more to prove you wrong then your words did to prove you right. “I’m fine.”

“Oh, really drunk.” Tony answered with a wide smirk and you huffed at him in reply, opening your mouth to reply when you felt your phone vibrating once again. Your mouth closed and you glanced down at the light emitting from your purse for a moment before glancing up at Tony and down once more.

“I should take this.” You decided suddenly, snatching the mobile from your pocket and slipping out of the booth, “Be back in a moment.” You called over your shoulder beelining towards the front door, sliding your phone to answer.

This wasn’t something you thought you’d be dealing with at the start of your day; an ex moving back home, and deciding to call and try and pick up where you’d left it when he moved months ago.

You also didn’t expect him to take your “no” in such a harsh way. You were outside of the bar arguing with him, voice raising as you’re drunk patients began to wear thinner.

“Jordon you’re not listening!” You cried, jumping when a hand wrapped around your wrist and someone pulled the mobile from your hand, hanging up. Your turned around, eyes slightly wet with the tears that were threatening to spill over, “Gibbs– what?”

“Who was on the phone?” He asked voice stern and for some reason you felt like a child being caught doing something they shouldn’t be doing.

“J-Jordon, he’s, uh someone I dated a while back.” You stuttered lifting a hand to run at your face.

“Are you alright?” He asked voice becoming gentler, eyes soft as he regarded you.

“I’m fine.” You assured offering the man a watery smile. He looked doubtful before asking again.

“Are you alright?” You paused a moment before staring at your shoes, arms crossing over your chest.

“I just need a hug.” You murmured. Gibbs was quiet for a moment and you started to feel like an idiot right when an arm wrapped around you comfortingly, pulling you in tight to his chest.

You sunk into Gibbs chest taking in a long shaky breath. You both stood for a few moments, you skewing your eyes closed tight as you breathed in the comforting scent of the man.

“You’re shivering.” Gibbs murmured into your hair and it took a moment for the words to fully register.

“Shivering. Let’s go back inside.” Gibbs pulled away from you, giving your arms a rub before handing you back your phone with a smile. “better?”

“Better..” you smiled nodding your head, “Really better good.”

The Admiral

“Why can’t you just be more like Gibbs?” His dad sighs and your mouth drops open. Is he KIDDING right now? You had to have misheard him or something.
“What did you say?” You ask ignoring Tim’s silent pleas for you to stay out of it.
“I asked my son why he can’t be more like his boss.” The Admiral says not even sort of ashamed that he’s humiliating his son in front of his coworkers, and girlfriend but he probably thinks you’re another NCIS Agent.
“That’s what I thought. And how dare you?” You say lowly but you know the rage is evident in your voice.
“Why does it matter to you?” The Admiral says coolly.
“Because I’m your son’s girlfriend and since he respects you he’s not going to say anything about what a massive dick you’re being.” Tim clears his throat and you hold up a finger. “Timothy I am not finished.” You say not looking at him. You can see Tony, Gibbs and Ziva in your sight line as well as his father but not him. Tony looks, shocked, is probably the best word for it. Ziva looks delighted and Gibbs looks, well, proud. “Tim is a good Agent. He’s brave, smart, loyal, and a good man. You should be proud that you raised a good man.”
“You don’t get to talk to me like this Agent.” The Admiral roars taking a menacing step toward you.
“Hey! Don’t raise your voice at me!” You snap, “Besides, I’m not an agent.” You smirk at him.
“Then I can have you thrown out of here.”
He threatens.
“You could but then I’d call my boss who’d call your boss then you’d get a really unpleasant phone call.”
“My boss is the President of the United States.” He scowls at you and you laugh.
“I mean your direct supervisor. The CNO.”
“Who answers to the president.”
“Who is my direct supervisor.” You say crossing your arms over your chest, “And she really likes me because her kids really like me.” He stares at you and you continue. “Gibbs is a good leader because he knows how to play to all of his teams strengths. If Tim was a mini Gibbs he’d never have survived on this team. He’s good at his job, he’s the best computer guy in this room and we adore him.” You shoot Tony a look stopping the joke on his tongue. “You should be proud of him. Not ridicule him.”
“At least someone knows how to stand up for him.” His dad mutters you march up to him and poke his chest.
“You’re not fucking listening to me.” Tim’s had enough and has wrapped his arms around your waist and pulled you away from his father before the two naval officers with him get involved.
“Sweetheart calm down.” He murmurs into your hair before kissing the side of the crown of your head.
“He doesn’t say this shit because he loves you! You’re his father for crying out loud! I don’t give a shit what you think about me because I love your son and you hurt him! I don’t want to see the man I love get hurt over and over by one of the men he looks up to! That’s not fair! He’s a better man than you’ll ever be!” Tim still has his arms wrapped tightly around you but you’re so focused on his dad that you don’t notice the shift in his body language right away.
“You’re right.” His dad says softly. “I am proud of you Tim. I just want you to be the best version of you that you can be.”
“I know Admiral.” Oh god he can’t even call him dad? You roll your eyes but let it slide this time, the fact that you’ve won even a small victory here is enough. You’ll take it. His dad nods then leaves with his two officers at either side. Tim turns your body toward his and you rest your forehead on his shoulder.
“I’m sorry.” You tell him, “Not that I said it but where and how I said it.”
“I know. It’s okay. I do have one question.” You lift your head off his shoulder and look up at him. “You love me?”
“Hell yes I do.”
“Good.” He smiles, “I love you too.” He whispers into your hair before kissing you soundly to a loud whoop from Tony.

For anon…reader is an agent as requested. Enjoy!

Gibbs adjusted his grip on the baseball bat as he watched you talking with another agent. You giggled as the guy handed you an envelope. You quickly scanned through the document before thanking him. Without so much as a small wave, you started heading toward the rest of the team.

You smirked at Gibbs and raised a brow as you saw the bat.

“Miss practice?” you teased.
He shrugged.

You cocked your head to the side. He usually teased you right back, but he remained silent. Before you could ask, Tony, Ziva, and McGee returned. As usual, all three had found something relating to the case. The three zoomed through it while Gibbs listened. When it fit, you brought up the file you had been handed.

“Vick found me a file that triangulated the area we’re dealing with. Each instance has been within a 3 mile radius of 3 different bases. Of those, it’s been concentrated between two.”

Just like that, everyone was on there way to investigate some more. You grabbed Gibbs’s arm to slow him down. Waiting until the others were out of sight, you turned to your secret boyfriend.

“Everything okay?”
He curtly nodded. “Yeah.”
You arched a brow. He licked his lips and sighed.
You smirked. “Are you jealous, Jethro?”
He didn’t answer.
“You are!” you quietly exclaimed.

Chuckling, you gave his hand a squeeze. Glancing around, you made doubly sure no one was paying attention. Just like that, you gave Gibbs a soft, chaste kiss. He was smirking when you pulled away. You gave him a wink.

“Can’t get rid of me that easily.”
Gibbs softly chuckled. “No, no. I don’t think I will either.”

Title: Why Don’t You Leave?
(gif belongs to of-badges-and-guns)
Word Count: 1120
Pairing: Jethro Gibbs x Reader
Requested by: Anon – “Maybe one where the reader is 100% okay with Gibbs’ job and he keeps waiting for her to leave because he’s always home late and working but she always has dinner ready for him and stuff and never complains?”
A/N: Sorry, this has been in the inbox for AGES, but I’ve finally got some inspo for it. Hope you all enjoy <3

You didn’t hear it open but when the door slammed you knew it had been a rough day for Jethro again, either the case wasn’t going to plan, or Vance was on his ass to get it solved or…something completely different. It was your job as his long-suffering girlfriend to find out what and hopefully make him feel a little better about the whole situation.

It was just gone nine at night, you’d long been home, showered and changed into something more comfortable but warm – it wasn’t the warmest weather in DC right now and you always did have a tough time at getting the fireplace going.

A Marine’s Rescue

Title: A Marine’s Rescue

Pairing: Gibbs x Reader

Word Count: 1,000

Warnings: a little bit of violence, fluff

A/N: I have some Gibbs fluff for you guys! I hope you enjoy this! Feedback is welcomed and always appreciated. If there’s something you want to see, requests are open!

Gibbs slammed his hands on his desk as he stood up, causing the rest of your team to snap their attention to the Marine.  Gibbs looked around at his team, “tell me we’ve found where they have [Y/N]!”  Gibbs clenched his jaw tightly, his lips forming in a flat line.  He couldn’t let them hurt you; you meant too much to him.

McGee’s eyes widened, “Uh boss.”  McGee wrote down coordinates on a piece of paper, rushing up to his boss.  “I think I found out where they have her.”

“You think,” Gibbs asked, irritated at almost everything and everyone.  He knew having you go undercover was dangerous.  He felt like this was his fault.  He didn’t wait for McGee to answer him.  “Gear up,” Gibbs yelled, already walking to the elevator.  Tony and McGee soon caught up with the Marine.  “I want you both to secure the exits just in case.  I’ll go in by myself to get [Y/N].  That’s an order,” he said sternly.

McGee and Tony nodded as the door to the elevator closed.

For the anon who requested 19 “are you even listening to me?” and 35 “I don’t think I’ve ever met someone more stubborn…” with Gibbs

“Hello? Heeelloooooo? Paging (Y/N), come in (Y/N)” Tony waved a hand in front of the computer screen you had zoned out looking at before snapping his fingers directly in front of your face, causing you to jump slightly.

“Huh?” You asked dumbly, eyes refocusing and lazily landing on the pain in the ass to your left. He clicked his tongue and shook his head backing away from your desk before checking his watch.

“I think we lost her McGeek,” He announced, causing you to roll your eyes.

“Shut up.”

“Time of death 5:56pm, God it’s late.” Tony complained, tossing himself back into the chair behind his desk.

“And it’s only getting later.” Gibbs announced coming into the room with his usually breeze. You groaned, dropping your head onto your desk momentarily letting your eyes slip closed. Gibbs voice droned on somewhere in front of you, occasionally interrupted by Tony’s slightly higher pitched answers. With your eyes closed and head on a horizontal surface the long week of little sleep began to catch up to you.

“(Y/N)” The voice directly addressing you pulled your brain from the cusp of dreamland and you hummed. “(Y/N)”

“What?” You asked, head jerking up and flinching as a piece of paper stuck itself to your forehead. You swatted a hand at it to reveal the amused faces of your coworkers looking back at you.

“What?” You repeated raising an eyebrow as a blush came over your cheeks.

“Are you even listening to me?” Gibbs asked and your eyes snapped to your bosses face as your blush doubled… maybe even tripled at this point.

“Yes…” You answered sheepishly before cracking a grin and shaking your head, “No… Sorry. Bit of a long week ya know.” Tony mumbled something from his desk about how he ‘knew’ and how he was the one who has been doing all the ‘heavy lifting’. Gibbs merely smiled knowingly before nodding towards the elevator.

“Go home, get some rest.” Tony was out of his chair grabbing for his bag before Gibbs was even finished the sentence but the man halted him with one glance.

“Not you. DiNozzo, sit.” With a deflected huff Tony dropped back down into his chair with a pout and you shook your head smiling sleepily.

“No really I’m fine.”

“(Y/N)” Gibbs began with a stern gaze.

“Gibbs, really I’m fine!” You proved your point by jiggling your mouse and trying to get back to quadruple checking the video footage from the latest crime scene.

“I don’t think I’ve ever met someone more stubborn…” Gibbs muttered mostly to himself before walking over and stopping directly in front of your desk leaning over to shut off the computer. “Go home.”

“Gibbs…” You complained, whining slightly.

“Don’t make me force you. Better yet, don’t make me have DiNozzo escort you home.” Your eyes widened slightly before pouting and slowly shoving your things into your bag, feeling Gibbs’ gaze on you as you slipped your coat on and grabbed your phone.

“Fine, you win.” You muttered with a slightly smile, “See you in the morning, boys.” You got a half hearted bye from McGee who didn’t even look up from his computer, and a very sour goodeye from a very jealous DINozzo.

“Goodnight, (Y/N) make sure you actually get to sleep.” Gibbs ordered and you nodded, turning to salute him after hitting the down button for the elevator.

“Aye aye captain.”
