what rlly annoys me abt villainous is that the guys are a nerdy paper bag head scientist, a giant blue bear thing and some evil shape shifting demon but the girl is just some. shittily designed human “"fangirl”“ like they never make the female characters interesting. and ofc she’s in love with the male protagonist
'Fantastical tales of the big old colourful bear spirits have been told to so many children for so many generations that they can’t help but dream about them as they sleep peacefully in their beds. But are they dreaming…?’
When Percy suggested he and Annabeth spend their Friday at the carnival, he hadn’t expected punches to be thrown. But, then again, he hadn’t expected Annabeth to want to walk through the haunted house.
“Come on, Percy, a five year old just went in.”
Percy glowered at her over the giant blue teddy bear they had won from the balloon dart game. “I’m not afraid. I’m just not in the mood to have a bunch of clowns jump out at me.”
Annabeth chuckled. “Percy, you’ve battled every monster in the book. Are you seriously scared of clowns?”
“I’m not scared,” he insisted, although his voice cracked.
Annabeth started clucking like a chicken.
Percy grimaced. “Cut it out, people are staring!”
She continued clucking, pecking his shoulder with her nose.
“Okay fine!” Percy announced, laughing as he pushed her away. “I’ll walk through the stupid haunted house with you.”
Annabeth kissed his cheek, and Percy felt a little better.
