Out of all of these things, the most important to me is this geometric terrarium. I brought it home empty with the idea of putting something special inside. One of my favorite things to do is read, and my favorite book is The Hobbit. My brother created a hobbit hole inside the terrarium for me, giving me a portable little world wherever I take it.

STEAL OF THE WEEK: little icosahedron stained glass planter by goodwoodworkshop

hand-cut glass panes are connected by soldered seams (in your choice of silver, black or copper) to create a small, sparkling planter in an icosahedron shape. only $25!

another-self-mutilating-girl  asked:

do you have a favourite kind of aesthetic? or a thing that is your aesthetic? :P

Oh god where to start. I could list the things I like if that helps in some way: Art equipment (obviously), old 1980′s-1990′s music, colourful feathers, zentangles, cactus/succulent terrariums, geometric decor, cassette tapes, the coffee shop aesthetic, homemade cooking, British countryside/coastal views, smol cute animals, Springtime and Autumn, bookshops and libraries, old fairytales mixing with modern-day reality, funny pun-based merchandise, jeans and jumpers… yeah, that’s pretty much it. A huge mish-mash of stuff.

Hope this helps. :)
