genuine question

I haven’t played the episode yet, but I actually don’t feel too upset that Leiftan lied about his race?

I mean do I like being lied to? No.

Do I like how violent he was being with the lady in the prison? Fuck no.

But considering how much there is a bad stigma around the Demons (to the point where they are killed just for existing), I can understand why he wouldn’t want to announce his race to the whole world? I mean his race is blamed for all of Eldarya’s failures. Maybe the people he grew up with were Demons too and killed just for that reason? Honestly I’d do the same in his place.

if we all agree that the patriarchy is a societal problem that needs to be broken down as a structure and will not be destroyed person by person, what can we do to stop focusing our energies on insulting a 13-year-old who identifies as an ~ace panromantic demiboi~ and signaling them out by saying “wow look at this internalized misogyny lol” and instead attack the men responsible for the current state of trans politics and liberal feminism?

when I first reidentified, I think I wanted to depoliticize my detransition (and the transition that came first), but the more I put it into words, the more I realize that’s impossible and the more I want to utilize my position to be vocal. so this is a genuine question because I need to know how to channel my anger at the pharmaceutical/medical industries making money off dysphoric/gnc/gay people and at academics so far removed from reality that they’ve made gender into a completely meaningless word and forgotten about sex-based oppression.

I want names, I want dates, I want data on the first surgeons championing surgery as the only solution to dysphoria, on the institutions stopping researchers from actually studying the effects of hrt on trans people, on the lawmakers that made legal name and gender changes so incredibly expensive, on how much money companies are making by being “trans-friendly,” on the rise of certain ideologies within academia and its correlation with who’s being hired and put on tenure. I want to know the overlap between these people and people advocating for conversion therapy, people experimenting on Black and brown women’s bodies and coercing them into surrogacy or sterilization, people involved in the porn/sex industries, pimps exploiting poor trans women of color and giving them syringes full of oil and who knows what to “help them pass.”

detransitioned women don’t exist to these people because they’re afraid of us. my question is: what do they have to hide? what do we not know yet?

Guess who I drew!! Again!! Because I love her!!!!!

WriterofthePrompts Ultimate Ask Masterlist

I’ve decided to make a masterlist of asks I’ve done to make them easier to find for you guys (and for myself). I split them into categories as best as I could by genre and topic. Also, some asks have some helpful tips in the notes as well to check out (some are marked but not all) and if you have anything to add that you think would help, feel free to reply or reblog with your addition. I’ll try to keep it updated with future asks.

Now without further ado, the strangest and most wonderful list I’ve ever made.

if “men’s issues” are truly so important to men, why don’t they actively try to address them? personally the only time i hear “men’s issues” mentioned is when women mention their issues. i only ever see “men’s issues” used as a way to shut women up

sure, the male gender has problems they face. i won’t disagree there. but why aren’t men trying to help fix those issues? if they find them so important, why don’t they step up and try to solve them?

I Heard That

Imagine: You are always quiet in math, a class you happen to share with Peter Parker. Once you finally muster the courage to speak up, Peter finds a type of excuse so he can spend more time with you.

Word Count: 1100??? maybe

A/N: This is shitty and rushed but I have an assignment due on Monday that I haven’t really started sooO soz

Your fingers cramped as you attempted to write the answer before the timer at the front of the class went off. Several groans could be heard around the room as the renown alarm bounced off the walls of the quiet room. You rubbed your tired eyes beneath your glasses in hope that it would somehow get rid of the slight sleepiness that began to claw at them. Nevertheless, you began gliding your pen over your answers with concentration in attempt to find any mistakes.

“Alright then,” Coach Johnson, your Maths teacher spoke enthusiastically, bouncing on the balls of his feet. “Who’s up first?”

The room remained silent as heads lowered to look down towards their work. Coach’s voice was louder this time, sounding slightly more impatient, “Any volunteers? No? Alright then. You’re up, Parker.”

how come you art looks nothing like the actual characters of haikyu? Was it meant to be on purpose that their eyes are different or nah? (this is a genuine question I always had so I do not mean to offend you if I did at all)

I gotten asked this a few times/// I have my own style??? Im not Furudate and I dont draw like Furudate so if I try to draw his characters theyre going to look like them but in my own style?

their eyes are the same… I just put my own style too it? it would be different if I drew Akaashi with big Ugu anime eyes when he actually has sharp piercing eyes

characters that have big eyelids I usually draw them red and puffy [ex akaashi and kuro but people usually think its eye shadow] … I also draw eyelashes cuz I like eyelashes its my style! sometimes I add things to characters eyes that match there personality! Like Kenma I usually draw with red under eyebags !

the resemblance is uncanny
