For my first tummy Tuesday, I think it is time for a 30ish day check in on my 80 day obsession journey. I’ve lost 15 lbs from 165 to 150ish, I’ve had much more energy creatively and in life, I’ve been eating healthier and cardio is easier and I’m starting to feel muscles on my stomach and in my arms for the first time in my life. Yes there’s been a cheat day or chipotle or two or days I’ve had to workout at night instead but I pushed through to workout every day somehow. Thank you to everyone on here (you know who you are) and in my life who pushed and inspired me to get here. Here is to 50 more days and here is to the rest of my healthier life 💪
