Opening Soon: Explore the intimate images of one of the most significant photographers of the 20th century. Irving Penn is most recognized for his iconic editorial spreads in Condé Nast Publications and innovative commercial campaigns; however, Penn balanced his commissioned work with personal projects including: self portraits, light play, still life, nudes and signage. Pace and Pace MacGill’s upcoming exhibition “Irving Penn: Personal Work” features a series of these uncommissioned images. Opening next Thursday, January 29 at 534 W 25th Street.

Opening Tonight: Spanning the gallery of Pace London is Keith Coventry’s “Window, 2016” a cast bronze work modelled after a bombed-out storefront. Lending a sense of permanence to the discarded, this large sculpture memorializes a transient moment in the building’s history. If you’re in London join us at 6 Burlington Gardens for the opening reception of “White, Black, Gold” opening tomorrow, April 27 from 6-8 PM.
