Happy New Year! I made these delicious Pistachio Maple Pancakes to enjoy this morning. Using gluten free flours (almond & coconut), maple syrup infused with chamomile and vanilla, crushed pistachios, raw vanilla bean, himalayan pink salt, organic cinnamon and local free range eggs. A wholesome, nourishing breakfast for the family to enjoy. Wish you all the loveliest, healthiest year ❤
Under a rainy sky at The USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, chefs Masaharu Morimoto, David Burke and Tony Mantuana traded their knives and spatulas for tennis rackets with the hope of joining the US Pro Tennis circuit and competing in the US Open. Thankfully none of the chefs were injured but several limes didn’t make it.
