But Seonho had already leaped over to where I was sitting and started tickling me.
I burst out laughing and struggling to breath managed to say, “Seonho! S-Seonho! Stop!”
Seonho was laughing to, but he had an evil look as he did so, never giving up on tickling my waist.
“Seonho what are you doing?!” Guanlin exclaimed, stood in the door frame.
“Hyung, it’s fine, she’s fine,” Seonho said, finally taking his hands away from my waist.
“That’s not what I asked,” Guanlin said, an emotionless look on his face.
“Guanlin calm down,” I laughed breathlessly, “you sound like my mum.”
He sighed, “I’m going to the store.”
As he walked past he shoved Seonho but made both of us fall thanks to Seonho’s legs which were wrapped around my legs.
“Seonho!” I exclaimed as we both fell off the sofa in fits of laughter.
“Y/N! That was so your fault!” Seonho shouted.
“Me?! That was so Guanlin!” I laughed.
“Talking of the fun sponge,” Seonho said. “What’s up with him?”
I shrugged. “No idea.”
“Is it me?” Seonho asked before gasping, “maybe he’s jealous!”
“Jealous?” I asked, “that’s never happened before.”
“No, but it could happen now,” Seonho chuckled.
“What do you think Guanlin’s like when he’s jealous?” I asked, “loud? Quiet? Do you think he’ll leave?!”
“Y/N,” Seonho said, his hand hand on my arm, “have you ever heard of anyone who’s left over jealousy?”
“No,” I muttered, pouting, “but it could happen.”
“Even if it does, I’ll bring him back,” Seonho said confidently.
“Thank you Seonho,” I giggled.
“Don’t worry Y/N, I should probably leave now otherwise Guanlin going to be really jealous,” Seonho said, standing up.
“I know!” I exclaimed, jumping up, “I’ll make him cookies!”
Seonho gasped, “I miss out on cookies?!”
“Seonho go,” I said, “go!”
He sighed, pulling on his shoes and walking out the door while I proceeded with funfetti chocolate chip cookies.
Just when I’d put them in the oven I heard keys in the door and Guanlin taking his shoes off.
“Hey,” he said glumly.
“Hey,” I said, walking into the living room where he’d just sat down.
“What’s that smell?” he asked, facing the kitchen.
“Oh I’m making cookies,” I explained, unsure of what to do.
He nodded, scrolling through his phone. “Seonho’s request?”
“No,” I said, shaking my head, “Seonho left.”
He nodded but looked like he wasn’t listening.
I walked over to the sofa and sat down next to him, wrapping my arms round his neck.
“Why you so obsessed with Seonho and me?” I asked gently.
He sighed, “I don’t know. I’m just.. I’m just tired. And scared.”
“Why are you scared baby?” I asked.
He looked at me and I could see in his eyes that he was telling the truth, they looked frightened.
“I came over from Taipei to do this,” Guanlin started, “my family are at home and the only people I have in Korea are you and Seonho.”
I nodded, listening intently.
“I’m scared that your going to fall for Seonho and leave me for him and if that happens I’ll have literally no one!” Guanlin exclaimed, a fear obviously building up inside him as well as tears building up in his eyes, “and now I want cookies.”
I smiled, resting his head on my shoulder. “You don’t need to be scared Guanlin. I’m never going to leave you, especially for Seonho! We’re too good friends plus we were just joking around. Don’t worry. Also cookies are nearly done.”
“What type?” Guanlin pouted, looking up at me.
I chuckled, “funfetti chocolate chip.”
“I’ll accept,” he said, laying his head back on my shoulder.
