What’s the hardest habit you’ve ever had to break?
How did you get through it?
“I had an anxiety attack one month ago. One morning I woke up — I
partied hard the night before — and I had no more voice. I was feeling
so bad, and I knew it was the cigarettes. I knew. I realized like: Okay,
I’m gonna die from that thing. I don’t want my son to lose his mum
because I smoked. That’s why I stopped.”
You just went cold turkey?
“Yeah. It was intense.”
