Parallels ~ There are many occasions when one of them says something with a really gentle smile and look on their face while the other one is extremely surprised by those particular words. ^_^

May Monthly Measurements

Helloooooo! 

These are my second monthly measurements, my previous measurements I took on April 29th, 2017.  These measurements were taken on May 28th, 2017.

I started my weight loss journey at 224.8 lbs (102 kg) standing 5 ft 3 inches tall (163 cm) on February 1st, 2017.  On April 29th when I took my measurements for the first time I weighed 200.18 lbs (90.8 kg).  Here’s a link to that blog

I will include photos below for comparison.  Today I weigh 189.8 lbs or (86.1 kg) So in about one months time I have lost 10 lbs.  Here is visually how my body has changed and the numbers.

Neck - 37 cm / 14.6 in (New measurement, no change)

Bust - 109 cm / 42.9 in (-1 cm / -0.4 in change)

Chest - 97 cm / 38.2 in (-2 cm / -0.7 in change)

Waist - 90.5 cm / 35.6 in (-5.5 cm / -2.1 in change)

Hips - 118 cm / 46.5 in (no change)

Thighs - (L+R) 68 cm / 26.8 in (-3 cm / 1.1 in change)

Knees - (L) 48 cm / 18.9 cm (right) 49 cm / 19.3 in

(about -1.5 cm /- 0.5 inches change)

Calves - (L) 40 cm / 15.7 in (right) 41 cm /16.1 in

(about - 1 cm / -0.4 in change)

Upper arms - (L) 33 cm / 12.9 in (right) 32 cm / 12.5 in

(about - 5 cm / -1.9 in change)

Forearms - (L+R) 26 cm / 10.2 in (-1 cm / 0.4 in change)

I am making slow progress, but guess what? I AM making progress.  I feel proud of the work I have put in so far and honestly seeing my body changing for the better is keeping me motivated.  Stay tuned because I don’t plan on quitting any time soon.  XOXOXXXXXXXXXXX
