Blueberry Ombre Overnight Oat Parfait (405 calories)

Finally decided to try out making an ombre breakfast - so aesthetically pleasing! :) You gotta make sure though that when you eat this, you gotta get a bite of the yogurt with the blueberries as the base isn’t very sweet and the purple part is very sweet so it mixes together well :)

Base:

  • ½ C Greek Yogurt (70 calories)
  • 1/3 C Rolled Oats (110 calories)
  • ½ tsp. Chia Seeds (10 calories)

Blend Together:

  • ½ C Frozen Blueberries (55 calories)
  • 1 frozen medium banana (105 calories)

Topping:

  • ½ C Fresh Blueberries (45 calories)
  • 1 pecan (10 calories)
