beginner’s guide to horror movies

Okay, so you’ve seen a few scary movies and enjoyed them, and now you’re looking to expand your horror prowess. Maybe you’ve been reading/listening to a lot of creepypasta, and you feel like you’re ready to take the plunge. Or maybe you just have a feeling that you’d like horror, but have no idea where to start.

I’ve been a huge fan of all things creepy and scary for years. I was just reading an article called, “Horror Gems You Haven’t Seen Yet” and realized that I actually had seen almost every film on the list, so I guess that makes me an expert. So, my new baby horror fans, allow me to introduce you to the genre.

This Friday I had the happiness of playing cuphead and good is visually fanservice for the eyes, it is not as difficult as they say, it is difficult for the new generation but for those who grew up in the arcades where you had to spend the games with a coin is easy peasy (also if we play touhou XD), in general it is a masterpiece made by hand, you can see the love of the game by its creators.

Have you played cuphead?, do you look difficult?.

Friday, October 13, 2017…

Today is the first Friday the 13th in October for 11 years. The last time was in 2006 when The End (A Series of Unfortunate Events) was released. For me it was the end of an era. At the time I didn’t know anyone else who was still reading the books, and it also became clear that a second movie would not happen. (Though I have many issues with the movie, I was still happy to have any film adaptation at all.)

Today however, things are different. Netflix has made an excellent adaptation that IS getting a second season, and probably also a third. New fans are becoming interested. I am so happy that now I can share my love for A Series of Unfortunate Events with so many other people. Today I’m spending my Friday the 13th re-watching the series and eating Pasta Puttanesca.

FanArtFriday nostalgia

Hello Bros and SisterFisters :D
I was on Twitter when I found a tweet of @cheapcookiez about her/his nostalgia for the old Revelmode’s weekly appointment of “Fanart Friday” :) we discussed a bit and we would be happy to draw an ultimate Fanart Friday in honor to Revelmode :)

At the moment I still don’t know how this little project will work but for now I just wanted to know your thoughts about it.
Here’s the link of the tweet I wrote about before ;)

Good night :)

a wild david tennant appears

not that I don’t love larry questions because i do but i just wish sometimes that they would just ask him about louis normally like, “hey bty is coming out the same day as dunkirk are you excited to hear it ? have you heard it already ?” idk like i think its kinda strange that they only ask about louis in a jokey “oh fans think blah blah blah” way STILL as if they dont have anything to connect harry to louis except via fan theories like about sweet creature or the hand thing when thats not true they are both releasing big projects this friday and they could be mentioned normally if they really wanted to, the fan stuff to bring up larry is cool like that doesn’t bother me we get used for this shit all the time i just wish i could hear them talk about eachother like seriously like i would’ve loved hearing harry talking about how he heard the song already or how he was excited to hear it this Friday just like i would love to know what song is louis fave from harrys album or hear him talk excitedly about Dunkirk - i rather have that then have them squirm around some random fan larry question … but i guess that’s just me lol.
