This is Pat Thetic of Anti-Flag playing the drums in the crowd during their last song. Anti-Flag is my favorite band to see live and full of honesty and compassion. Before the show, I handed Justin Sane, the lead singer, a letter I wrote to the band and asked if he remembered my Dad, who at one point bragged to Justin about seeing The Clash and The Ramones back in the day. Justin told me he did. I asked him if he would play London Calling by The Clash in honor of my Dad. They did. Chris #2, the bassist, introduced it by saying, “This song is for a fallen comrade.” I was ecstatic. That was for you, Dad. I hope you were rocking out and making the werewolf noises.
