Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli have a trio of Frankie’s restaurants around New York City. I went to the new one in the West Village and decided the best way to judge the success of the establishment was, of course, to try the cured meat tasting. SUCCESS. The prosciutto di parma was soft, nearly translucent and full of flavor. I’m a sucker for spicy sopressata and this one was top notch. Thank you two Franks, thank you.
