Let me tell you a little story. I once lost 45 lbs in a very short time in an unhealthy way (ie not eating enough). But I couldn’t maintain it, and I gained it all back, and then some (60lbs). So now I’m trying to lose it the HEALTHY way, so that I can maintain it long term.
Having experienced both, I’d much rather be “pig fat” with a “shitty body” but actually eat healthy than be thin and have a shitty diet.
