I’ve been thinking about high school drarry for a while and then pillowcasey was like “HIGH SCHOOL AU” and then she was like “DRACO IN HARRY’S FOOTBALL JACKET” and I was like “do you want to kill me or was that unintentional”

So Harry forgot his jacket at Draco’s place on purpose last night, and Draco put it on and completely outed their relationship also on purpose, but he would never admit to that

Imagine you and Reggie had just started dating and one day while he’s walking you home it starts to get cold and he notices you shivering (it was a lot warmer earlier in the day so you didn’t think you’d need a jacket) so he nonchalantly takes off his jacket and puts it around your shoulder and you’re almost swimming in its warmth

My Impression Of You

A/N: So, this is my first attempt to write a Riverdale one-shot! I was inspired to write this after I listened to some music and I hope you’ll like it! Archie’s personality is something I wonder about a lot while watching Riverdale and I explore that here. Please let me know what you think about it and if you’d like to read more! xo

Plot: Your perfectly normal day gets disturbed by Archie Andrews, one of the popular kids you usually only observe from a distance. Suddenly, though, you have one of the deepest conversations of your life and maybe have to revise your opinion about him.

It was a usual Friday afternoon when Archie Andrews decided to disturb your life. A wonderfully normal day in Riverdale like every other day, at least before Jason Blossom was murdered. You kept to yourself throughout the morning periods, as usually, ate your lunch in the sun under the big oak tree and pretty much spent the whole day thinking about how you could improve the stage design for the newest play the little drama group at your school was planning. That was your thing. Making props, painting them, working on them in peace and alone. That was what you loved most.

Only that Friday afternoon it didn’t go down like that. You sat down to continue painting the majestic tree that would be at the centre of the stage in act three, biting your lower lip, frowning and placing brush marks here and there in highest concentration. Forgetting pretty much everything around you or just blending it out because it didn’t matter in that moment. That’s why he caught you off guard when he cleared his throat to get your attention.

You twitched and turned around, staring at Archie Andrews standing there with a curious expression, grasping the strap of his backpack and wearing that blue and yellow football jacket that you never really liked. You just never got why they felt the need to wear them 24/7. Maybe to show their status, which didn’t make them appear any more sympathetic in your eyes.

“Ehm…did you lose your way?”, you asked him because nobody ever came into that room. Especially no popular kid. Never.

Archie raised his eyebrows in surprise and hurried to answer. “Oh, no, I was searching for the props department. That’s right here, isn’t it?”

“Yeah…what do you need?” You were absolutely aware of the fact that you sounded a little hostile but you couldn’t help yourself. Archie had never talked to you before. You doubted that he had even noticed you before. You only knew his voice from scraps of conversation you took up when you passed him in the hallway or, more currently, from when he was singing. He was one of the people who never really hurt others, or at least don’t attempt to do so, but also rest themselves in their social status without looking at those who surround them. At least that’s what you thought.

“Well, I thought I could do this as an extracurricular activity”, he explained, still without moving an inch. It was obvious that your reaction scared him away a little.

“But you’re in the football team”, you stated irritated.

“Yeah. So?”

“So why would you want to join the prop department? Which, by the way, consists of only me.”

“I kinda need the extra credit”, he finally admitted and you sighed to yourself. Of course. That was so typical. They thought painting cardboards was an easy way to gain credits. You actually would’ve been surprised if he had had any passion for this. Well, you didn’t really want to get upset about it because they usually never came back for a second time, so why bother?

“Alright. You can paint this tree over there, I already draw the lines and we can put it somewhere in the background. Just don’t screw up too badly”, you advised him, pointing at a prop in the corner of the room and returning to your own work. He shot you another amazed look before he pulled a chair to the cardboard, placed his backpack next to the door and sat down to start painting.

For a while you worked in silence and you tried to ignore that Archie was there, which was nearly impossible because whatever you could say about him, he definitely had some emission. While you were a person that could easily disappear in a crowd, he wasn’t. Maybe because of the red hair.

“Why are you the only one working on this?”, he asked you at some point without looking at you. It didn’t seem like the mere attempt to do smalltalk but like he was honestly interested in the answer, so you gave it.

“Because nobody gives a damn about theatre in this school”, you said, unable to hide the bitter tone in your voice. “It’s all about music. All about the Pussycats. Or people like you. And no offense, music is a form of art too, it deserves attention! But it’s really annoying that it gets so much of it and drama absolutely none.”

“Well…I don’t think it gets none…”, he mumbled with a frown.

“Really? Have you seen one play since you go to this Highschool?”, you stopped him right there, watching closely while he thought about it. Him pressing his lips together and not giving an answer was answer enough.

“Thought so. Like I said. It’s all about football, the Vixens and music.”

“And you don’t like any of that”, he mused. By now he totally forgot about painting the tree and was simply watching you closely, maybe trying to figure out where all the weirdness and bitterness came from. You were not a victim of bullying or in any way ugly. You just didn’t like those Higschool power games.

You pushed out a little laugh at his statement and shot him an amused look, meeting his warm brown eyes for the first time. “No. That’s not the point. I do like watching football games like every other person. I do like listening to the Pussycats, although it’s not necessarily my type of music. I just…I just don’t like the whole thing surrounding it, you know? All these people enjoying their popularity and the attention others, and with that I mean normal students like me, give them and not even minding to get to know our names. Like we aren’t part of the same school.”

It was confusing that he made you open up like that but it also felt good to get it off your chest. Although it probably wasn’t fair that he was the one receiving all your anger because he really wasn’t the worst of the lot by far.

Archie now looked at you with raised eyebrows. For the first time since he entered the room, a little smile played around his lips. It changed his face very positively.

“Y/F/N Y/L/N”, he suddenly said triumphantly.

You blinked at him, honestly astounded. “What?”

“Y/N. That’s your name. We have been in the same school since first grade, why wouldn’t I know your name?”

His smile widened a bit at your expression and you quickly hid behind your tree, not wanting to give him the satisfaction. Although you really were surprised. You hadn’t expected that. Your paths never crossed and you never had the feeling like Archie was particularly aware of your existence.

“Okay, I’ll grant you that. Doesn’t change the bigger picture, though”, you grumbled.

He was silent for another moment and you already thought that you won and finally hushed him when he suddenly asked: “You don’t like me much, do you?” Still the question didn’t sound like he was upset or mad about your behaviour but simply curious.

You sighed once again and rolled your chair aside so you fully faced him. He was returning your gaze attentively, as if you were a particularly interesting object in a museum. You almost blushed but you were able to keep your cool and stare at him as patronizing as possible.

“Look, Archie, it’s not like that. I don’t even really know you. I simply don’t like the fact that everybody thinks people like you are perfect.”

“I’m not perfect”, he shot back automatically.

“Oh, I know.”

You realized too late that that was really offensive. You felt the heat creeping into your cheeks as his mouth dropped open and Archie looked hurt for a moment. He squinted his eyes and ran his fingers through his red hair, probably contemplating how he was supposed to react.

“What do you mean with that?”, he asked you in the end, sounding more careful and restrained than before.

You gulped down your embarrassment and searched for words that could explain what you actually meant.

“Well…I can only tell you what I observed from a distance. But in my opinion you are always really trying to do the right thing and often screw up. There is that thing with Betty. I mean, everybody in this school knows what’s been going on there and she is an absolute sweetheart but you kinda let her down the worst way possible. I am not saying that you don’t like her or respect her but you could’ve done that way more sensible. Especially since you obviously returned from this summer less boyish, whatever the reason for that is.”

Archie listened to you patiently, not interrupting you or getting angry at you which might have been a reasonable reaction to the accusations of a person that he had nothing to do with. It seemed more like he wanted to hear it, like he wondered a lot about himself but needed someone else to deliver conclusions and solutions. You felt your respect for him growing a bit because not many people were able to accept criticism like him.

“I know that I hurt Betty and I really regret that, but I didn’t do it on purpose”, he defended himself in the end, his eyes mirroring the pain he obviously felt about it.

You gave him a little understanding smile. “Of course not. Honestly, Archie, I think your problem is your insecurity. Betty was in a bad place the last few weeks, probably because of her sister or something, I’m not sure, and I gotta say that I was surprised when you weren’t really there for her. I guess you were so indulged in your music and in your fears of not being good enough in what you do. You just don’t believe enough in yourself, which is absurd regarding that everyone around you supports you. You always need people helping you, telling you that you have talent and then you engage in those far too quickly. And with that I mean Victoria and Valerie. Instead of letting them build your confidence, maybe you should learn to build it up on your own.”

You were a little bit confused yourself why you knew so much about him, so you couldn’t judge him for being even more irritated. You both totally forgot why you were here and simply sat in that room and looked at each other while Archie was processing what you just said. If he decided to simply run away now you would’ve understood. But he didn’t.

“Fair enough. I guess I have to think about it. There is one thing I don’t get, though: you seem to be interested in what’s happening around you, in the people that surround you. You even said that Betty is an absolute sweetheart, but you never returned her attempts to make conversation. So why don’t you mingle more and at least try to share your passion with others?”, he investigated, now sitting on the edge of his chair, his body tensed as if he found this dialogue quite fascinating.

It was the first time that you were on the defensive side and you immediately felt uneasy when he spoke about your persona. You were a lot better at reflecting others than yourself. You bit your lower lip and instead of keeping to look at him, your gaze returned to your half-finished tree. That made answering a little bit easier.

“Well, I guess I have to think about it.”

You missed the smirk that appeared on Archie’s face as you repeated his retort. He watched you for some time while you started to paint again, caught up in his own thoughts that you produced with your words. He didn’t have such an intense conversation for a very long time.

As the bell rang, both of you almost jumped. Man, that hour passed quickly. You were almost sorry when Archie got up from his chair and threw his backpack over his shoulder. And you were annoyed at yourself for that. But this exchange of words was the most interesting and intimate thing that happened to you in quite some time.

“This definitely turned out different than I thought but it was entertaining. I’ll see you next week”, he told you, grinning at you before he left the room. Although he didn’t look mad you were pretty sure that he wouldn’t return for another session. Little did you know that you awoke Archie’s curiosity. And little did you realize how much he awoke yours.

baby pt. 1

- there’s so reason for me to post this -

Dan frowned at the paper that clearly did not read his name, sticking out his bottom lip in a pout. This wasn’t fair! They couldn’t do this!

He sighed, feeling his lip tremble, and ran his pink nails through his hair. He felt like crying, but he didn’t want to at school. He buried his face in his sleeves, pulling the soft baby blue fabric over his hands.

“Oh Dan, baby, what’s wrong love?” He felt two arms wrap around him gently, and he let himself be enveloped into the girls arms, burying his face in her chest.

“T-they didn’t accept me.” He sniffed, curling his fists in her blouse.

“Oh, Dan.” She sighed, running her fingers through his hair. “I’m so sorry. You did so good!”

“N-no I didn’t.” He squeezed his eyes shut. “Cause if I did good they would let me join.”

“Hey.” She pulled back, grabbing Dan’s shoulders and looking him in the eyes. “Look at me. You did great, I saw. Better than most of them. It’s bullshit that they didn’t let you on, and you know it.”

Dan let his gaze fall to the floor, a strand of curly hair falling in his eyes. He played with the hem of his tennis skirt, biting his lip.

“I really wanted to get on, Lou.” He pressed his lips together. She pulled him back into her arms.

“I know, Danny.” She sighed. “I’ll talk to Cat, but you know she won’t budge.”

“I know.” Dan felt a tear stream down his face, and she wiped it with her sleeve.

“Hey.” She offered him a small smile, trying to get one out of him as well. “Don’t cry, pretty. You’ll ruin your makeup.”

Dan nodded, smiling back weakly. Louise pulled back, unzipping Dan’s white backpack and digging inside it for something.

“Here.” She handed him a small brown teddy bear, and his eyes lit up. She smiled, and he snatched it from her, holding it to his chest.

“Thank you, Lou!” He went up on his toes, kissing her cheek gently. “I love you.”

She grinned, patting his head.

“I love you too, Danny. Try not to cry about stuff like this, alright? They’re dumb.” She gave him a quick hug. “They just don’t understand.”

“Okay, Lou.” He flashed her a huge smile. “I’ll get to be a cheerleader next year, right?”

“Right.” She nodded. “We’ll work really hard.”

Louise left to go to her next class, leaving Dan alone in the hallway. He straightened his large baby blue jumper, and tugged down his skirt so that it covered his bum and his lace panties nicely. He smiled, holding his teddy closely to his chest like it would protect him.

Dan was rounding the corner when he bumped into someone, stumbling backwards and dropping his teddy bear.

“Oh, I’m sorry, I-” he bit his lip, his voice trailing off as his eyes ran up the boy he had run into, from his sneakers and tight jeans to his black t-shirt and football jacket that clearly read Lester on the collar.

The boy brushed black hair out of his eyes, looking Dan over carefully and grinning with one side of his mouth.

“Don’t apologize, baby,” he said finally, breaking the silence and leaning over to pick up Dan’s teddy. Dan felt his face heat up. “It was my fault.”

The boy handed Dan his bear, and Dan took it cautiously, not breaking eye contact.

“T-thank you.”

The boy smiled and winked. Then he was gone around the corner, leaving Dan breathless.

Who the hell was that?

Not that innocent pt-2

Continuation of the first part.

I walked into school on Monday, a boring weekend for pretty much everyone in riverdale except for me and Archie. I spotted the gang in the student lounge. I walked in and sat on the couch, gaining a stare from Archie.

“Great, a new face, help us with a discussion?” Ronnie asked, I nodded and set my bag on the floor.

“Is it possible to have friends with benefits?” Ronnie asked, I nodded.

“Yes, it’s not like feelings automatically occur with sex.” I said, Ronnie hot Betty’s arm, not too hard though.

“Betty and Archie say that’s not possible.”

“I never said that, I said it might get messy.” Betty argued.

“Archikins what’s your argument for this?” I questioned, raising an eyebrow.

“I, uh, um. Over time feelings might develop from one party involved.” I shrugged.

“I see your point.” I said, jughead walked in next and sat next to me on the couch.

“What’s the topic today?” He questioned leaning back onto the couch.

“Friends with benefits.” Ronnie exclaimed, jughead groaned, jughead looked at Archie and immediately leaned forward.

“Speaking of FWB, Archie who were you with last Friday night?” Jughead questioned his friend. I saw Archie visibly tense, then looked at me worried.

“What?” Archie stuttered, jughead pulled his phone out. He then tapped his phone and we heard audible moans, from me and Archie.

“Don’t know why you sent me this, must’ve been an accident. But Archie, who’s the girl?” I got a little angry that Archie recorded it, not even that it seas proof of me, but the audio.

We all heard the first bell ring, I stood up grabbing my bag and walked out, with an angered look on my face.

-

“Why would you record that?” I asked Archie, everyone else was at the lunch table and I knew we were out of sight and hearing range from anyone that would tell the whole school.

“My finger slipped when you took the phone from my hand. And besides if I would’ve gotten some type of proof of how dirty you can be it sure as hell would have been audio.” Archie said, his hand went to my waist, moving backwards to my ass.

“Go, arch, were at school.” I said, pushing him lightly. He smirked.

“I can’t control myself when you dress like that.” He muttered as he went to kiss my neck. I giggled, which sounded more like a moan. I put my hand on his chest and pushed him away.

“I’m going to eat lunch. Maybe later.” I joked as I walked out of school to the table.

“Y/N, you’re never late to the table!” Ronnie exclaimed sarcastically, she even added a fake gasp and put her hand over her mouth.

“Forgot which back I put my lunch in.” I joked as I took out the paper bag, which held a sandwich, Apple and water.

“Have you seen Archie?” Betty asked, I shrugged.

“I passed him grabbing my lunch. But I haven’t seen him-”

“Never mind he’s walking out now.” Betty said, I nodded and took a bite of my sandwich. Archie walked to the table sitting between me and Jughead.

“Back to what we were discussion before, who was in the audio message?” Kevin asked leaning in, Archie, who was drinking water choked on it, to which jughead patted his back.

“I’m not saying anything.” Archie said, Kevin looked bummed.

“Betty! Veronica!” Cheryl said, she walked over to our table with that shit-eating grin on her face. I rolled my eyes.

“Cheryl!” Betty and Veronica said insync with a fake happy tone.

“I got some dirt you will like.” Cheryl said pushing my over, this bench barely sits three, how’s it gonna sit four?

“Spill.” Veronica said leaning foreword.

“One of my sources took a picture of this.” Cheryl said showing B and V and Kevin, then showing me, arch, and Jug. It was a faint picture of Archie with his hand on my ass, only they didn’t know. Mainly because that’s all it shows, my back was the the camera and Archie wasn’t in sight neither was his football jacket.

“Whose getting handsy with y/n?” Cheryl asked, I opened my mouth to speak but nothing came out.

“Is poor little y/n too scared to say?” Cheryl said in a baby voice.

“At least I can get some.” I muttered.

“There was also this one.” Cheryl said as she showed everyone, it was a picture, with Archie visible, his hand on my arm and lips on my neck. Main throng to show it is him, the red hair.

“Called it!” Kevin exclaimed raising a hand. Ronnie now gave me a shit-eating grin.

“Bye, now.” Cheryl. Said as she walked away.

“I saw, sleepover tonight, B, V and F/L.” (First/letter) Ronnie exclaimed, I moved over to the spot Cheryl stole.

“Wait! It was you in the audio.” Jughead said, like a lightbulb moment.

“I’m sorry you had to hear that. And I officially hate Cheryl Blossom.” I said, as I put my hands on my head.

“Jughead choose your next words carefully.” Betty said pointing at him, jughead laughed.

-

I grabbed some clothes, pjs and for tomorrow. Archie sat on my bed flipping through a random book I had on my nightstand. I grabbed some random garment and threw it as him, he jumped slightly.

“Wear these for me?” He joked holding up the Lacey thong I happened to throw at him. I walked over to him and grabbed it, he pulled me in kissing me. My phone started ringing, as he kissed me he muttered no’s.

“It’s Ronnie. She’s probably here.” I said going to my phone, I answered as Archie’s hands snakes around my waist and he moved my hair to kiss my neck.

“Hey Ronnie!” I said, Archie trailed his teeth on my neck.

“Hey, y/n. Me and Betty just got to your place, ya ready?” She asked, Archie’s hand went to my breast making me grasp.

“Y-yeah. I’ll be right out.” I stuttered.

“Ya okay?” Ronnie asked confused.

“Yeah, my b-brother scared me.”

“Bye.” I said ending the call.

“God, arch.” I said sighed as he lightly bit on my neck.

“I don’t want you to leave…” he trailed off.

“I got to arch. Tomorrow I’ll be all yours.”

“All mine?”

“All yours.” I said.

Wellll…at least you aren’t wearing your stupid football jacket

Okay, here goes, OMG!!! The Talent Show, next stop: Hollywood…

Ummm…..Archie….could you try to play…you know…BETTER??

To ensure my win, I will now do a striptease…also, cigars, cigarettes, catnip???

Animal print??? Tacky….It’s like I’m in a third world country

I’m so proud of mah baby’s ruthless, desperate need to win by objectifying herself

For today….I am Howdy Doody. But at least I remembered the tie I didn’t wear for Jason’s funeral

I see your boy makes up for HIS lack of talent with abs, Fred. Like father, like son, huh?

And now for the “A” Plot, REAL and interesting Reason for the episode

So I’m totally upset about my poor, pregnant sister and am neurotic mess who everyone endlessly demands shit from (except you) ….but also, I have this massive crush on you that I can’t admit to, because it’s like we’re two misfit toys and it’s super poetic, so I really only made up the newspaper thing (though now I like it) and started the Scooby Gang so I could hang around you….

But Betts…..I only joined the B&G and the Scooby Gang because pleasing you is like the only thing that makes me happy in this world (even though now I kinda dig doing the other stuff, too. And oh yes, burgers)…and not only will help you with your family mess, but soon will open up about MY dark family seekrits and let you help me.

But first I think I really, really, REALLY want and need  to kiss you. And did I mention how much I love your completely nerdy rain jacket?

Phil wasn’t looking at whoever it was that was talking to him, about whatever it was they were talking about. Probably football. He didn’t care, because Dan Howell was trying to reach a book on the other side of the classroom.

The book seemed to be about dogs, and it was on the highest shelf, the one he couldn’t reach, and he seemed very concentrated on getting to it. His tongue was sticking out of the corner of his mouth, his arm stretched as high as it could reach, balancing on his toes but it was no use. Most importantly, his skirt was hitching up slightly. Phil tried to tear his eyes away.

Dan finally gave up, dropping back to his heels and frowning.

“Yeah, that’s great, um…” Phil interrupted the boy who was currently ranting about some football play he fucked up. “Can I talk to you later?”

The guy frowned, but before he could respond, Phil was gone.

“Need some help?” He asked, reaching up and grabbing the book for him. Dan stared at him.

“U-uh, yeah…”

Dan was surprised. Phil was easily the most popular boy in their whole high school, why was he talking to him? They had had conversations before, sure, but it was usually rushed because one of them were trying to get to a class or had dropped their books or something.

Dan could already feel his face heating up. He was going to mess this up, he knew it. He had always had a crush on Phil, but of course he didn’t feel the same way…

Phil handed him the book, and Dan promptly dropped it on his foot.

“Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, I’m so sorry.” Dan leaned down to pick it up, but Phil got there first. He just laughed, handing him the book again, more carefully.

“Dan, it’s fine. Seriously.” He chuckled again. Dan’s heart skipped a beat when Phil said his name.

“Well, t-thank you. For… y'know.” He motioned to the book, flashing Phil a small timid smile, his dimples showing softly.

“Yeah, no problem.”

Phil looked like he wanted to say more, so Dan stood still, biting his lip and watching him with large eyes. Phil scratched his neck, laughing and tugging at the sleeve of his football jacket that clearly read Lester on the collar.

Finally he seemed to make up his mind, leaning closer right next to Dan’s ear, making him blush. Dan could feel his breath. Oh.

“Meet me at the park, near the little school, after class.” Phil pulled back a bit, before grinning at Dan and shrugging. “You know. If you want to.”

He winked, and walked away, leaving Dan wide eyed and confused.

What in the world could Phil Lester want with him?

————————-

Dan kicked his legs, pushing off from the ground, swinging himself gently. It was cold, had he expected it to be so cold? He wanted a blanket. He wanted his blanket, the pink, fluffy one. Or at least some decent pants instead of the skirt he had chosen to wear that day.

Why had he worn it again? Oh yeah. Cause it was pretty. And maybe it would get Phil’s attention.

Dan pulled the sleeves of his baby blue jumper over his hands, sighing. He probably wasn’t coming after all.

“Hey princess.” Dan felt a hand on his shoulder, making him jump, his face instantly heating up from the nickname.

“H-hi!”

Phil laughed, walking around the swing and sitting down in the one next to him.

“W-what did you want to talk about..?” Dan hated that he stuttered around Phil, but he made him nervous. Phil laughed again.

“You don’t have to be scared, Dan. I won’t hurt you.” He grinned. “Unless you want,” he mumbled, and Dan’s eyes widened. He probably wasn’t meant to hear that.

Dan stuck his tongue out the corner of his mouth, bringing his feet up to hug his knees, balancing on the swing. Phil sighed.

“I need to ask you something.”

“Okay..?”

In one movement Phil stood up, and now he seemed really tall to Dan, towering over him. He reached down, touching his chin gently.

“I want to be your daddy.”

Dan froze. He hadn’t had a daddy before, no one had really wanted him before now. He figured maybe no one at his school wanted to deal with someone who feels and acts like a five year old a lot of the time, and wears girly clothes.

“Really?”

“Yes.” Phil grinned with one side of his mouth. “I like you, Dan. I’ve had a huge crush on you for about a year now.” He smiled softly, getting on his knees so that he was level with Dan, realizing standing over him might be a bit intimidating. “I want to take care of you, be your boyfriend. Be in a relationship with you. Only if you want to, love,” he said quietly.

Instead of saying anything, Dan practically threw himself into Phil’s arms, wrapping his own around Phil’s neck tightly. Phil laughed, steadying himself before hugging the boy back.

“Is that a yes?”

Dan giggled, pressing his face into Phil’s neck.

“Yes, daddy.”

Phil grinned, kissing the side of Dan’s head softly.

“Does that mean I can kiss you?”

“Yes, please.”
