Thursday 4.4.13 Food Schedule

I can’t wait to get Insanity and start working out like a champ. The first week of classes so far has proved hard for me to get into the gym, because I’m still adjusting to everything. The good thing is I have step aerobics twice a week. Better than nothing?….. 

Breakfast: 1 egg, ½ bagel, ½ apple
Snack: other half of apple w/ sunflower seed butter
Lunch: Green smoothie
Snack: cottage cheese and peaches
Dinner: TBA………..

Water: 64oz (Will up my intake when I workout more)
Workout: step aerobics 50 minutes
