foods for days

hey guys i just discovered a podcast called food heaven, run by two nutritionists who are both black women! the episodes are short (20 mins) and get straight to the point, which i like! they promote a plant-based diet but define it in the sense of literally just being plant based, not necessarily cutting out animal protein as whole + understand that doing so is a process. i rly like them and recommend them to anyone interested!
