Here I’ve created these large ice cubes using fresh fruit, mint and rosebuds and coconut water! Perfect for adding to water/soda water for a low sugar beverage… So quick and easy to make and they look amazing!

Here’s a nice and easy way to make veggies delicious…
Simply add crushed garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper and herbs of your choice. Here I’ve used thyme and rosemary.
