Healthy chocolate/hazelnut spread 🍃

Recipe:
Take 250 g of hazelnuts and roast them in the oven until they are brown and chrisp. (This isn’t obligatory but it will definitely enhance the flavour) Add the hazelnuts to a food processor and blend until the oils are released and a paste starts to form. Soak 4 dates in hot water for about 5 min, add the dates to the food processor and keep the water. Mix in 2 tbsp of raw unsweetened cocoa and a dash of unsweetened almond milk and blend. Add a pinch of salt and cinnamon for extra flavour. Pour in some of the water from the dates until you get a smooth delicious consistency of your liking🌿 Enjoy a guilt-free treat ✨
