Food Processor Salsa Recipe

Ingredients: Two 28 ounce cans of Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles, one cup of loosely packed fresh cilantro, two thick slices of onion, two tablespoons minced garlic, a few splashes of lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste.

Method: Drain the juice from the cans of Rotel then pour the contents into your food processor. Chop the onion then measure out the cilantro and minced garlic. Add all of the ingredients to the food processor except for the salt and pepper, then pulse to your desired consistency. Taste the result, then add salt and pepper. If you feel the salsa is too spicy, add a bit of sugar. Enjoy!
