Tteokbokki - spicy korean rice cakes

Substituting fish cakes which are traditionally in the recipe with veggie mandoo, chewy noodles, green bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. You can do so much with this basic meal. 

Add gochujang to your ingredients covered with water to taste. add sugar, soysauce, sesame oil or salt to taste. As you can tell korean food is all about personalization. i added around 6 tablespoons WITH chili flakes and i am dying
