Cook spaghetti al dente
Sauté ½ white onion and 1 clove garlic
¾ cup cashews, soaked overnight
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Apple cider vinegar
½ tsp lemon
1 tsp nutritional yeast
½ cup water from spaghetti
1 tomato, chopped
½ onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, diced
¼ cup vegetable broth
Topped with micro cilantro
