How long did it take you to be able to do the forearm handstand? How did you learn?
Hello, It took me several months to get comfortable in forearm stand. I started by kicking up into a wall and pushing my feet off to help with balance. Place your forearms (hands toward the wall) about two hand distance from the wall. Lift one leg and gently kick with the other. If you are unable to kick up all the way, that’s okay. Build the strength with your forearms. Once you kick up, allow your legs to rest against the wall, slowly move one leg off and begin to balance. Don’t forget to breathe. Hope this helps.
