flight bird

ask-poppy  asked:

"Your tail... It's quite fluffy, does it work as... You know, when you fly to mantain a stable flight? Like some birds do? Because i've heard from a friend that you can fly! It sounds so awesome"

“Oh! So you heard? Why thank you! But no, my tail doesn’t function as such. It helps me keep my own balance a little, though! But as for my glider, the aether board I create with the wings functions as the tail feathers! Depending on how I pivot myself helps my trajectory! If I’m in the area of Demacia any time soon, I’ll show ya!”

♢Falco peregrinus (Peregrine falcon)♢

This is the gorgeous, healthy Peregrine that has started living in my estuary. I saw her hunting again above my house this morning; she performed a high speed dive and it was amazing!!
