EPCOT Center by Kurt Miller Via Flickr: Haven’t picked up a camera in quite a while… will soon. Here’s an old shot of the majestic EPCOT Center. Yeah, I know that there’s no Monorail; I waited like 5 minutes and finally gave up - kids were getting restless.

Luckily Tomohiro (tomosang on Flickr) picked me up the station so I could go around Fukuoka by car. At the first temple we visited were many cats gathering around us. Seems like they were the temples cats.
For Fukuoka that was propably the best day to see Sakura, even if the weather wasn’t the best. After that day I finally got the beauty of Japan’s Cherry Blossoms. You got a lot of diferent kind of blossoms around.
So we visited some more shrines and temples around that area. After some delicious and pretty cheap Tonkotsu Ramen, we visited the Ohori park. I was a bit sad that I couldn’t do Hanami with my friends this year. Everyone was sitting on a blanket and having fun together. It locked really nice. Besides those cherry blossoms were the most beautiful I ever saw.
Since time passes by too fast, I already had to leave for Nagasaki. Because of the traffic jam I wasn’t sure at first if I make it to the station in time, but actually it wasn’t that bad that I arrove here a bit too late. The staff at this guesthouse is really nice. Actually it was the first time they just try to speak in Japanese to me.
At my room I met a lovely girl from Vietnam who is currently studying at University in Kobe and just goes for some days off around Kyushu.
Today’s calendar: Weather: cloudy and sometimes rainy Distance: From Fukuoka to Nagasaki
Accommodation: Nagasaki Guesthouse Casa Noda
Positive: Finally being able to see the Japanese Cherry Blossoms. Negative: nothing
I took thousands and thousands of photos in 2013. I took a lot of uninteresting photos and I took a few interesting ones. I went through my “2013: My Year In Photos” set on Flickr and picked my Top 10. Here they are. If you follow me, you may have seen a few of these in the past.
