Weekends are perfect for exploring flea markets, thrift stores and yard sales. The biggest rule when shopping (besides have cash and your negotiating face on): keep an open mind. Something might not be the right color, but if the shape is beautiful and it’s structurally solid, there’s not much Rust-oleum can’t fix.
I'm decorating a room and was wondering if you had any tips on interior design? I really like your style. Where do you shop for room accessories
thank you! i like open space, so i don’t have much furniture in my room & i have a color palette of soft turquoises & blues, light purple, brown / cream (the most dominant tones), greens, gold, bronze / orange. i like to combine modern things with boho or vintage things too! i don’t have a specific place that i shop, but i do like to get pieces from urban & flea markets.
when decorating, i think it’s good to have a basic room that keeps growing into a reflection of your style through unique pieces. a rug, raw wooden table or desk, fur blanket, bed net, mirror, plants, etc. help a room come to life! here is some room & home inspiration that i like :-)
