THIS RIGHT HERE, not only is this the brotp of all brotps, this a QUEEN dressed to kill, allied with a flawless motherfucking force that we know as Stefan Salvatore, and while the Mikaelson brothers are fumbling for power in NOLA, these two right here -these two bamfs -are ready to take the world and probably conquer it in a fortnight with their combined intelligence, cunning, and unbreakable bond. Forever and Always, my ass. Stefan and Caroline would give the Mikaelson’s a run for their motherfucking money and hell, even out of NOLA.

Screw writing “strong” women. Write interesting women. Write well-rounded women. Write complicated women. Write a woman who kicks ass, write a woman who cowers in a corner. Write a woman who’s desperate for a husband. Write a woman who doesn’t need a man. Write women who cry, women who rant, women who are shy, women who don’t take no shit, women who need validation and women who don’t care what anybody thinks. THEY ARE ALL OKAY, and all those things could exist in THE SAME WOMAN. Women shouldn’t be valued because we are strong, or kick-ass, but because we are people. So don’t focus on writing characters who are strong. Write characters who are people.

If anyone is worthy of the title of Queen of New Orleans, it’s Caroline Forbes. In fact, she’s worthy to be queen of anything in my eyes. This is a character who began as a lowly pawn and rose up against the challenges before her. She became the victor. A queen just doesn’t rule. They conquer. Caroline fought and rose from like a phoenix from the ashes. Klaus doesn’t love her because of her beauty or because of some shallow trait. In the end, she’s like just like him. Strong, ageless, fearless. She’s a fighter. That is my reason Caroline Forbes being queen is my headcanon. Hail the Queen!
