Not feeling my best lately about anything, mental health isn’t great and physically I’m not doing as well as I could either so I’m posting this as motivation to myself. Look how far you’ve come sort of thing, hoping it spurs me onto reach other goals I have.
Alright, so here this goes!
I’m Morgan, a 21 yr old bio/psych student and an old Olympic lifter turned power lifter (well I’m still trying) . One of my goals for 2017 was to be active on here again so this is my lame attempt.
Right now I’m at a 300lbs squat, 365lbs deadlift, and 150lbs bench press.
