Although my entire body is radiating with soreness from yesterday’s workout, I woke up feeling smaller and stronger 👌🏽💪🏽these grey Nike shorts aren’t very forgiving but I don’t even need them to be 😎 I finally feel like I’m on the heels of my personal body goals!
I keep searching for upperbody workouts for big arms, shoulders and back, but im a girl and if i type in "womens workout" i keep getting toning work outs.. i want big arms and a nice back, any help? Thanks
Most of the workouts online don’t provide full arms/shoulders/back workouts because most women like to focus on legs more.
If you want to get big arms, shoulders and a nice back, you might want to train them twice a week with 48 hours of rest in between.
Don’t hesitate to take example on our men’s workout routine, it will include more volume for these muscle groups than the women’s one:

Chest Press- 75lb bar (I’m weak I know)

Incline Push Ups - 4 sets of 10 (had to go down to 8 😭 my push game is on E)
Seated Butterflies - 4 sets of 8 I don’t know the weight because I was dead so he set it 😭

Finally confident enough in my self to wear just a sports bra and shorts to workout in public. Took me a long time to get to that point. I’m short but have a lot of solid muscle mass which may or may not come off as out of shape or as swole. Everything seems big on me: my hair, chest, arms, thighs. I’m happy with it tho and hey only my opinion of myself matters right? Still working on this whole self love journey. #carefreefitness
