  • 1:20 Plank
  •  25(ea.) Adv. Side Oblique Crunches
  • 2x10 Burpees
  • 3x10 Dragonflies
  • 3x10 Vert. Leg-Hip Raises
  • 3x10 Vert. Leg Rasies
  • 10-15 min stretch

HEYY GUYS! So let me tell you. After leg day yesterday, my legs were killing me this morning. But I walked it all of on a hike to day with my friend Liz(: We were soo productive we decided to go to the gym today as well! So I had someone, other than my sister to workout with :D We decided to do arms today and we had a few min to kill, so we did some some legs because she wanted too :P Well here’s what we did today!

Arm day

  • 1 mile run
  • 3x10 60-75lbs Lat. Pulldowns
  • 3x10 40-50lbs Tri. Pulldowns
  • 3x10 15lbs Bicep Curls
  • 3x10 15lbs Tri. Extensions
  • 3x10 15lbs Lawn Mowers
  • 3x15 Tri. Dips with 35lbs on lap
  • 3x10 Incline Pushups
  • 3x10 Burpees
  • 3x30sec Up-Down Planks
  • 3x15 Tri. Dips with 35lbs on lap
  • 3x10 Inverse Pull-ups

Extra Stuff We Did

  • 3x10 70lbs Duck Squats(5), Lunge Squats (10)
  • 3x3 Adv. box jumps (S,M,& L boxes) 
  • 3x15 80lbs Seated Calf Raises

After our hiking adventure and workout we ended the day with a quick roll and parted our ways. It’s nice meeting up with old friends. See people, it’s always nice to work out with your friend. You always help and support one another(:
