  • 45 crunches
  • 45 reverse
  • 25 Up, Down, V, Downs
  • 25(ea.) Elbow to Knees
  • 45 Sit-ups
  • 100 Turtles
  • 45 Bicycles
  • 45 Russian Twists
  • 1:20 Plank
  •  25(ea.) Adv. Side Oblique Crunches
  • 2x10 Burpees
  • 3x10 Dragonflies
  • 3x10 Vert. Leg-Hip Raises
  • 3x10 Vert. Leg Rasies
  • 10-15 min stretch
