I have a very special recipe for you guys today ! These super healthy gluten free and vegan peanut butter brownies are requested all the time by my family ☺️ Peanut Butter brownies :

*500 grams of canned chickpeas.
* ½ cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
* 3 tablespoons of natural sweetener (agave syrup, maple syrup, coconut syrup)¼ teaspoon baking powder
* ½ teaspoon baking soda
* 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips + keep some to sprinkle on top

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Drain and wash the chickpeas, they should make some sort of foam
3. In a high speed blender or a food processor blend the chickpeas. Now it looks like hummus but don’t worry !
4.  Add the peanut butter, sweetener, baking soda and pulse.
5. Pour the mixture into a bowl and fold in the chocolate chips.
6. Spread the batter into the baking dish and now’s the time to sprinkle the top with the remaining chocolate chips.
7. Bake for 25 minutes
8. Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting it.
