4 month progress! Hard work and lifting is what I owe this too!
When I first start going to the gym…
Leg press : 50lbs
Squating: 15lbs
Chest press: 5lbs
Seated military arm press: 5lbs
Deadlifts: 20lbs

And now….
Leg press: 430lbs
Squating: 100lbs
Chest press: 55lbs
Seated military arm press: 25lbs
Deadlifts: 120lbs

And that’s just 4 months! I am constantly pushing myself and I went from not knowing anybody in the gym to walking in and say hi to everybody and not knowing a damn machine in the gym and training other people! It’s my life and I love it!
