After today’s lovely morning I spent the rest of the day lounging around, chatting on the phone with my mom, and working on the gallery wall I started last weekend. I never ended up finding butcher paper but I had a eureka moment a few days ago when I realized that I DID have wrapping paper! Perfect use of it! I got everything laid out and marked, so next step is to physically mark out where the nails go underneath the photos, then paste this baby up on the wall. Maybe tomorrow I’ll actually hang the photos?! I’ll be sure to let you know :)
Nachos for dinner! It wasn’t until after I started cooking the hamburger did I remember that Kevin finished off the cheddar cheese a few days ago. Good thing I always keep string cheese in the house! I maxed out my calories much quicker than anticipated (thanks ground beef) but at least my carbs are comfortably under budget and my fat and protein is pretty spot on. Nevermind, I went over on fat, too. Oh well. We’ll see how this is reflected in tomorrow’s weigh-in.
For our post workout lunch we headed out for vegan sushi! We loveeee dipping them in organic coconut amminos! Seriously try it guys! It’s a great alternative to soy or other high sodium sauces. And if you haven’t seen our newest VLOG, check it out guysss! Link is on our page.
