I did meal prep at 8 p.m. when I got home from school/gym. 

Breakfast, which I already ate, was sprouted flax toast with natural peanut butter and banana, sprinkled with cinnamon. 

Lunch is kale and chickpeas with a little olive oil over quinoa.

Dinner is a hard boiled egg, broccoli, and a sweet potato.

And snack is plain green yogurt, blueberries, grapes, and hemp seeds. 

I hate meal prepping but I love having food ready when I need it, and it makes it really easy to stay on track because it’s all counted and measured already  ❤
