This is me this morning!

Even seeing results, sometimes it’s difficult to push yourself to keep going.
That’s when you have to slap yourself across the face and give yourself a pep talk.
Sitting on the couch isn’t going to get you anywhere!
Drinking a third cup of coffee definitely isn’t going to get you anywhere!

Get up. Get out. Get moving.

I’ve had a few hours to myself in the morning after my husband goes to work and my step-son gets on the bus, and it’s going to be a change for me to use that time to go to the gym instead of lazing around.
But it’s a positive change. So it’s worth doing.
