🤙🏽this was a great day.

I’m done putting myself down. I’m sexy and I’ve been working very hard getting my body in shape lately, and I learned to love the body I have in the meantime because nourishing my body will help me but hurting my body with words and judgement will not. That shit only makes you miserable.
