first headline tour

i cant believe Taylor got that award when she was 18, like damn. Sometimes i think of her level of success and its insane. She Has accomplished so much. Like She closed her first headline tour in a stadium. She has the most awarded pop and country record. Like we call her a legend because we're fans but like she truly is.

She really is. That was really well said.
There aren’t going to be a bunch more Taylor swift’s , or if in the off chance there are few who achieve the same type of songwriting and career accolades, there certainly won’t be many.

iamhalsey: On my very first headline tour. My short self climbing on a table to check my outfit in the mirror. It’s hard to believe the American Youth Tour was just about a year ago. It’s insane to think that I was playing to 200 people a night and thinking “gosh could it get any better than this?!” And it did. It got bigger and louder. It got massive. And this summer I get to play to tens of thousands of you and I know that every night I’ll check out my outfit in the mirror and hear those first few notes of Gasoline and think to myself “It doesn’t get any better than this.” So thank you. For everything. I can’t wait to bring you the show you deserve. This summer. The final installment.

Elsanna Week, Day 5, Roadtrip AU: The feminist punk band ‘Snow Sisterz’ finally hitting it big!

Elsa: Our first tour as headliners! Are you ready?

Anna: I was born ready! Now hurry, we have about 10 minutes before the rest of the band gets here and we still need to christen our new tour bus.”

Besides ‘Snow Sisterz’, those are real awesome bands! I just added or replaced a word. (pens/markers)

Beyond September had been going strong, and of course they had their fans to thank for that. With the first leg of their headlining tour under their belt, the boys were ready for all new adventures, and for Huxley Lynn in particular, he was becoming more and more welcoming of his feelings towards Carter; the bands main opening act. The two had become awfully close, and at the end of every concert, Huxley would spend his time unwinding by talking with Carter, and it was honestly becoming one of his favorite pass times. As he grabbed the microphone, he looked out to the empty stadium, and he turned to look at Carter, who had just wrapped her own soundcheck. “You ready to get this started?” he asked, looking in her direction. “You’ve been killing it; making us look bad and all.” @lveurself

‘’Sometimes I get tired, but I love being on the road and feeling the energy and love from an audience. I embarked on my first headlining tour last year and every show was sold out, and I’m thankful to my fans for being there. I’ve opened up for a lot of country headliners, and having had the chance to feel that crowd screaming for me, and at a volume level I’ve never experienced before, was amazing. I never want to get to the point where success and award nominations seem like stuff that happens every day. My parents taught me that the world doesn’t owe you anything and you have to work for everything you get, and you have to appreciative of success.’’

3 ½ + 3 years ago today. It’s exciting to have seen the journey these boys have been on. From being on their first headlining tour, sleeping in vans and freezing our butts off to announcing their signing to FBR months later…still insanity. Hard work-but more importantly-heartfelt work is what you see from them. Exciting times, boys-
